I had the most amazing time Kayaking. Ipaddle is located on a small island in between Miami and Miami Beach. They give you a short lesson if its your first time. The kayaks are super easy to use. It’s very safe and simple. There are three different islands that you can go to. I went on a Tuesday morning, it wasn’t that busy. It’s super affordable.

My experience was beyond! I had the best instructor ever, Aymee! She is not only extremely proficient but has all the kindness, caring and support a beginner needs! She went into excellent detail and instruction before we got onto the water and best of all she took a lot of videos of me and sent them to me to observe and learn from. And Manny woke up early just to come down and give me a special board I didn’t even know was for me! Looking forward to my next session soon!

Have kayaked before but decided to take the toured approach and I now recommend it. The island tour and short hikes were verdent and full wildlife. Dillon was great!Id recommend bringing a change of clothes as you will get wet! There was a place to change and a bathroom that requires a key from the instructor.

The location was great for learning; lots of flat water. The instructor was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The board was easy to use for a beginner and I was able to stand up and paddle on my first try. I had a great experience and would recommend it to any one.

My girls & I did night kayaking at 10 PM & we had a great experience. Be sure to book beforehand. I made the mistake of not doing so & just showing up. Thankfully Manny, the instructor, pulled up quick & had everything prepared for us. We stopped by an island & there was a little party going on which doesnt normally happen, but it made our experience even more fun. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Manny!!!

My friend and I had a lot of fun! Our guide, Manny, was great too! We signed up for the nighttime kayak and went out but the group had to turn back after about 1 hour because there was some lighting that was heading our way. We were lucky enough to get to paddle under the bridge and see a great view of the Miami skyline. It was so relaxing at night. While we didn’t have a chance to make it to the island this trip because of the weather, we were credited to a future trip which I’m definitely looking forward to! The overall experience was great. The equipment was great too and we were each provided with a dry bag for our belongings. I would highly recommend it!

This was our first time kayaking as a couple. Manny was a great instructor and took his time in showing us the ropes. We went for a sunset kayak tour and covered the first island. The sunset views of the bridge, mangroves and and the island made our day!

The service we received from the staff was fantastic! Manny and Tony took care of us and were great from the moment I called last minute to reserve to when we returned the kayak. The equipment itself was all in good shape and the islands nearby were worth exploring and relaxing on.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Manny at the helm. We chose the night harbor kayak tour and had a blast!! If you want a gracious, knowledgeable, encouraging host, this is the tour to book. Manny went over the guidelines, safety rules, basics of paddling and we set off on a night view tour of Miami. He even took pictures and made sure our valuables were safe in a dry bag. The lights were beautiful and our family will never forget it! Thanks again Manny! Our tour provider, Manny, gave us great instructions on how to paddle and I honesty felt like a pro for my first time. Lovely scenery at sunset, because we picked the night time tours and definitely enjoyed everybit of that trip to the island.

IPaddle Miami is a great place to spend the day, be in nature and enjoy Miamis great weather. You can take classes too like I did. Their boards and paddles are in very good condition, and they have the perfect location where the water is calm, with beautiful views and you can easily paddle to the surrounding islands. I took up SUP for the first time this year. My instructor Aymee at iPaddle is the most amazing person. I have learned so much from her. SUP has done wonders to how I feel mentally and physically. It gives you core strength, improves your posture and flexibility plus I am getting my cardio every time. I highly recommend iPaddle. Manny who runs iPaddle is the sweetest always with a smile every time I saw him.

Bare with me. I booked a party of 6 through a third party, Peek, and never received a confirmation email so didn’t know where to go, who to speak with, or even that this was with ipaddle. Morning of, I email Peek (since I couldn’t find any phone number) in attempt to get answers but never received response until someone from iPaddle contacted me AFTER the start time. Manny offered a reschedule via text and avoided my question about refunding the 2 in my party that were leaving the next day. My party of 4 mostly enjoyed the night kayaking despite the overly fast pace of the group. I believe this was due to 3 others in our group who sped off and the instructor had to follow; not the most relaxing experience. Days later, Peek contacted me stating their email was backed up and that a refund should come from iPaddle. I reached back out to Manny at iPaddle. He showed zero empathy or even acknowledgement of my situation. Manny stated that there are no refunds under ANY circumstances. I tried to explain that there was no cancellation of plans, that we simply had no way of knowing what the plan was. I said that my two friends who I paid for had to fly back home so without any information or even a contact being given, I felt like the company was stealing from me. His response was “I don’t appreciate you saying that”. He told me that because I booked through Peek, the refund should come from them but no attempt to help resolve this on his end despite iPaddle working with Peek. I am very disappointed in the customer service, and it absolutely feels like I’m being robbed. I went to Miami for my birthday. When booking, I paid for 6 people, and I’m still dealing with getting my money back for the two friends that had to fly back home. This company refuses to understand basic reasoning hence the terrible customer service with Manny. The kayaking experience itself would have been better if it were at a slower pace. This coming from an avid kayaker.

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Other companies are doing the same with a way better service and experience. Had a reservation for 2:30 Pm. When i arrived at the time of the reservation, the guy at the location named Manny was extremely rude and not professional at all handling the situation. Avoided the conversation and walked away. If no paddle board was available at the time of my reservation, he should of just issued the refund.

Had a great time here. Manny and the rest of the crew are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. This is rare at Miami rental places. He took the photos for us. The Intercoastal islands are good for a daytime picnic or adventurous night excursion.

Great time. Awesome service. We made an appointment for 11:30 but got there an hour early and were able to be seen right away. Had a great time kayaking to the first island and having a small picnic before kayaking around the island and back. I had forgotten my rings in the life vest and was able to get them back even though I remembered late that night. Overall an amazing experience.

This was my first experience kayaking or paddle-boarding and Manny made it an absolute blast! He was so helpful and took so much time to explain how to use the equipment and the locations of the three islands we could paddle out to. You can really tell this is a huge passion of his and he did an absolutely phenomenal job. He gave us a great taste of Miami while creating a very friendly and welcoming learning environment. IPaddleMiami is definitely THE SPOT! The fact I had access to an island Pelican Island was really cool. But the views are to die for. The team at iPaddleMiami is so nice and friendly. I loved it. I absolutely loved it. The tour was so much fun, going under the bridges to come out and see the sunset and the sailboats. Its just so much fun and plus Im getting a workout too. Its refreshing and peaceful. Even romantic too!! Like its definitely a place to go for a date especially to see the night skies. Im definitely going again and again.

Bad customer service. Called phone- no answer, voicemail said book stand up paddle online. We booked online. First thing the guy said when we show up is that stand up paddle board is not recommended today because the wind is so bad we won’t be able to move. He said we can do kayak instead but also bad. Offered to give us a year credit.Considered kayaking but based on his thoughts that it would be difficult in weather, we decided to skip. Asked for a refund- considering that what we wanted was not being offered normally. This guy says it’s policy to not offer refunds.His arguments: We should’ve called (we tried). We shouldn’t have booked online because it’s windy outside (it wasn’t that windy that day other than boat area). We should take credit (we live out of state and trip ending already).Our arguments: Just be normal and offer a full refund under the conditions of the situation.Whatever- bad service/policy gets bad reviews.

First time kayaking, I went with my girlfriend as a part of our anniversary celebration. I want to say that this experience really exceeded our expectations as our main concern was feeling safe once on the water and the staff truly did an amazing job at making sure of that. Manny’s customer service and hospitality was extraordinary as well as the other staff member’s, although we were a little late on schedule they both made sure to show us the trajectory to follow on the map and all the paddling instructions. We will definitely be coming back with a bigger group next time!

Love Manny and his team for always being responsive during the booking process and for being so cool with great advice. The location is terrific with easy parking and the water plus islands for lounging are incredibly relaxing, esp. when so many other activities are closed. Buy the annual pass. Its worth it!

They do a great job of prepping you before you go out on the open water. They provide you with recommendations on where to go, which islands to stop and hang out at, etc. This is the best location to dock from and you can even bring your own personal kayak rather than renting from the place. The closest island has bbqs, volleyball courts, e.t.c and its only a 10 min paddle away!

My husband and I are Kayakers and absolutely loved the night tour. This was our first trip to Miami and Manny our tour guide, did a great job of setting us up on a double kayak so we could cover more “ground” and taking us out. He took awesome photos of us with the different skylines and sunset in the background, he also explained the different islands to us showed us some awesome views. He took us to an island state wildlife park which was awesome. Anyone looking for a great kayak trip with a great guide I would absolutely recommend IPaddle. My family and I will book again on our next trip to Miami.

I did the night kayak tour for 2 and man it was super awesome. Shawn was our guide and he was nothing short of amazing. Will definitely do it again maybe day time for a different scenery.

Greatest thing I did was sign up for the iPaddle Miami membership, I received the greatest rate Ive seen in Miami, personalized service and the options for both the hours and the services are flexible!

Our guides were warm and fun, and yet still put safety first. They have everything down so you feel secure, but are also fun to be around and make the tour exciting. They were great at giving instructions for the guided tour, which is saying something, since I was in a 2-person kayak with my spouse. haha. We did the night tour and paddling under a bridge and seeing the lights of Miami reflected on the water was really cool! A really unique thing to do and I would recommend to visitors or locals alike.

Very unprofessional and misleading. Our group was respectful and kind and Manny did not return the same attitude back. We wrote an email and did not hear back until I had to send a second email two months later. They responded with a lie saying Manny was terminated for similar complaints. He is still working there. Beyond being rude, he told us we’d be getting a refund and never followed through. Terrible place.
