I own a condo in a community managed by ASPMG. Over the years, they have done a fantastic job in the community areas without increasing the maintenance fees. I was impressed by how much nicer my condo looks since I moved out seven years ago.

These are rude and non responsive people. Just as stated in the other revels they are in a racket with the towing company. They make excuses and tell lies when confronted with facts. Worst experience ever with a property management company.

They are not good, they are EXCELLENT!!! Very professional and dependable. We are Very happy to have come across them to help us with our Association and keep us updated. Always willing to help and work with our never ending challenges. I will recommend, they are courteous, well engaged in what they do. You can tell they take pride in their work. I raised a complaint about a water leak showing up in my units bathrooom ceiling in September 2019. The leak was coming from the apartment above but was difficult to identify as the pipe was inside the wall. I hired my own plumber who was able to detect where the leak was located, I paid him to repair my units bathroom and bedrooms ceilings and walls that had been damaged. ASPMG agreed to pay for materials and I pay all the labor costs. I am pleased about the outcome and how the property management company paid attention to the problem and offered their assistance as needed. I withdraw my complaint earlier and I am happy to say everything is been taken care of. Thank you.

I absolutely love this management group!! In this crazy condo world you need people who care and are willing to go the extra mile. They walk the property almost on a daily basis making sure that the maintenance staff is taking care of the daily work orders. They stay late problem solving... the really do all the leg work between inspections and county visits. Through their experience, they offer suggestions that better our community. If we call with a complaint, its noted and usually within 24 hours they have some kind of resolution. These ladies have turned our community around... they offer solutions to our problems and thier honestly is undeniable! They are organized and diligent, you wont be disappointed!

This company is able to coordinate any project to improve communities. They do it in an organized way, always informing residents of each step. I have had the pleausure of working with them and I am really satisfied.

This company arrived at my association and helped us collect almost $60,000.00 in accounts receivables, as well as closed more than 10 pending violations with Miami-Dade County, some of which were from over 15 years ago.Thanks to their guidance, our association was able to paint our buildings without needing a Special Assessment to cover the expenses, and we were able to fix the roofs successfully. I live in a property managed by this association and Im very thankful on how they managed the complaints reported because of the roof of my unit. They send the roofing company, issue was quickly fixed and did follow up to make sure everything was well.There was also an issue with the pools pump and was fixed within 4 days. I would say they are taking very good care of the property where I live.

ASPMG has provided nothing but excellent service for the three years they have managed several of my units. Being in the Real Estate industry I deal with 10+ associations a year and few are as attentive and diligent. I highly recommend their services.

A Solid Property Management has been working for my association for 4 and a half years and we have had a great experience with them. We have had no increase in maintenance costs and in their time with us we have accomplished to redo our roofing, get our 40 years re-certification without extra cost and we also recently repainted our community without a need for a special assessment thanks to careful financial planning. These are all only some of the feats we have accomplished but I speak on behalf of myself and the community of Flagler Suites that we are grateful to ASPMG for all of their hard work and for their honesty and transparency.

When ASPMG took over the management of our community, I was renter, then became an owner and I ultimately became a board member which gave me the opportunity to experience their service as tenant, an owner and a board member. When they took over, the community barely had cash in the account and there were open certification and violations. Under their management, the association was able to substantially increase and replenish cash in its accounts and reserve without increasing the maintenance fees, as a result the community was able to do a lot of projects in the community from plumbing, replacing the roof to improving the overall look of the community, putting in place and enforcing rules and regulations and implementing strict rental requirements and background check just to name a few... They are professional and have gone above and beyond many times. The Silver Palm Community has seen positive significant changes over the past 4 years under ASPMG management and is grateful to have had ASMPG to manage the property.

Thank you ASPMG and Lance Miller for bringing back a sense of community within Friars Village HOA. Things have come along way since Lance took over and as a community we are thriving...so many positive changes new paint on exterior updated signs, improved security and maintenance the list goes on and on. I have been a Board member for 2 years in a HOA managed by ASPMG and have seen the ethical and professional manner in which they work. The staff conducts positive and productive Board meetings where projects are set and followed through. The monthly inspections are complete and they follow-up on the courtesy notices they sent out. The community has benefited from their hard work, painting project increased property value, their collection of delinquent accounts allowed our community to increase the associations checking account.The staff at ASPMG is personable, very responsive and always courteous. These ladies are trustworthy and I recommend them.

My name is Alvaro Lopez and I’m taking the time to write in favor of this company because when they came to my association we were negative in the bank accounts, we were three months behind in the water bill, the trash contract was going to be canceled and the maintenance of the buildings were very poor or almost nonexistent.In three years this company has achieved for the finances to be up to date, closed about 7 violations with Miami Dade County, did the recertification of the 40 years, replaced fences and lowered the water expense by about 3,000.00 dollars monthly. Also, the whole electrical system of the community has been improved and the parking lot has been effectively reorganized. They had also ensured that the community meetings can be held cordially with positive exchanges for the entire association benefits. ASPMG has helped us to collect money on delinquent accounts. We have been able to partially paint our buildings and now our association always has money flowing in our bank accounts.Our community considers them as an asset to our association and we always thank them for their work, efforts, initiatives, integrity and honesty. I personally feel they do an excellent job.
