This service charges you $37 for what you can do for free at the office. In addition, when I called for a refund, I waited online and was informed they have a 30 min cancellation policy. BBB here i come.

Paid $37 (no biggie) and they did NOTHING. Called them and instead of helping or offering to help, they asked ME to find out. At this point I am not even sure that this is a reliable place. Sounds like a murky business that I would stay away from. Thanks

I found it far easier and faster to just go down to my social security office and get the paper work done their, a service that was free and only took me 15 minutes unlike govsimplifieds site.I recieved an email to let me know that I only had today to finish my application, but that if I was unsatisfied with my services that I could get a 100% money back guarantee. That was a lie. I only qualify for a 50% refund.They are liars and crooks. Do not ever trust them. Do yourselves a favor and just go in person to get it done. Far less hassle and less unnecessary steps.

I know I could have applied directly on the IRS website, for free!I called within minutes after seeing that it (you) were a 3rd party, and sent in a customer service form. Now your rep says..............its been processed., basically nothing we can do.She said you had a disclaimer..........which I did not see, and is cleverly hidden.You basically are a rip off company, and I will be filing complaints with the Florida BBB, and the IRS.

Dont recommend, I apply just because i dont have time to go to the ssn office, they charge you and you have to sent thought mail the ssn application. I call for a refund and they gave me half of the money back.

What a farce !!!! I called and specially requested a tax exempt number to resell items I make…I asked for one product and was sold another. An EIN which is not what I needed at all but had explained to them. It cost $129 . Now when I go to file my taxes I find out I needed to contact the state for a tax exempt number not be sold (as I called and explained to them) . I was sold a product I didnt ask for and their response is someone will call you after I put on hold several times while they spoke to their supervisor Now I have to straighten things out with the IRS !!!! The thing is you dont even need to pay Govsimplified company it is a free service from the IRS.I was sold a product I didnt ask for !!!!!!!!I plan to dispute this with my credit card company. Also funny thing this year I was a victim of identity theft . Someone used my SS# and filed income taxes.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with I tried to cancel 7 days after I made a payment day 7 at 4:00 I emailed them I also called the next day and was told I could only get $10 back when I payed $37 my order wasnt shipped or anything

This is a fraud, they deducted money from my account. She kept asking my client account number and emailI told her I have no client ID number hence why I am calling because they deducted money from my account, when asked if I should contact attorney generals office, she hung up on me.
