I must say our yacht day with Tropical Boat Luxury Yacht Charters was the highlight of our Miami weekend. Captain Austin and his first Mate Tila were 5 star and the professionalism and assistance with our group was unmatched. The boat was beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. Well beyond our expectations. We received a discounted cash rate and could bring aboard any food/drinks/music we wanted. It was the absolute best. You have to be so selective about what yacht charter company you use because safety is a must when boats and booze are involved. Tropical Boat really took care of our girls and made sure everyone felt safe and had A TON OF FUN!The coordinator Miss Kate was also amazing answering all my questions and addressing concerns and issues that came up with the ongoing pandemic.

We chartered the beautiful 50ft Prestige this past Friday to celebrate a Birthday. We had such an amazing time. Kate was our contract through Tropicalboat Charters. She was so helpful and responsive, so was Captain Steve and Joe. Joe was amazing at making sure everyone had their drinks and snacks.The Prestige was in mint condition.We had the best time. My friends and I rented the 50’ Galeon this past weekend for my bachelorette party. We had the best time! Kate with Tropical Boat was professional and attentive with the booking / choosing process from start to finish. Captain William and his stew Cori were amazing as well. Cori was so sweet and took so many photos for us and had impeccable timing on refilling our drinks and serving us our food we brought on board. They blew up all our floats we brought on board with the pump we brought as well. We had a blast on the wave runner that came with the yacht too. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

We had a very memorable experience. This company delivered everything they promised and more.Our cruise to the Bahamas was full or beautiful experiences that Jose, our Captain organized for us. Veronique and Ab took care of us from the moment we got up to the moment we went to bed. Friendly, professional, and very attentive to all of us. We were really spoiled.The boat was beautiful and very well maintained. My wife and I booked a Sea Ray yacht and had a great time. Booking and scheduling was a breeze. It was our first yacht charter, but the staff was nice and helpful with everything we needed. They recommended the best boat for our outing and budget, and were and very accommodating. The captain and his 1st Mate welcome us and escorted us to the yacht, they were so nice. The yacht itself was very clean and well maintained, and we had such a wonderful trip and time. Highly recommended! Tropicalboat did a great job!

We had the yacht pick us up at a hotel on the water and had such a great day! The Captain and Stewardess were amazing! Where do I begin???We chose to do a dinner charter for our company Christmas Party. After doing some research we decided that Tropicalboat Charters would be a great company to go through. Boy were we right! The contract made it easy to select catering needs and Diane coordinated everything for me, with no issues at all.The charter was perfect! Everyone gave me amazing feedback. The staff on board were amazing. Any request we had as far as drinks and food they had covered. One of the servers walking around even got whisked onto the dance floor. Very personable, and the food was delicious! Sushi was a big hit, as well as the carving station. The sound system was nice and loud, and the drinks ice cold! The route the Captain took us on was perfect. Views of the mansions on Palm and Star Islands were great conversation starters. Overall the night was a great success! I used Tropical boat Yacht Charters this weekend. I rented a 50 prestige with a huge sunroof. This yacht was beautiful and clean. Kate at Tropical made the process simple and delivered. Captain Steve & Katey were awesome. Crew served food and drinks we brought on board ourselves. Katey makes a great drink. Food and snacks prepared like at a restaurant. Best day in Miami. Will use Tropical again and request Captain Steve & Katey. Best price in town as well. My guests were blown away.

My wife and I got married in April and use tropical boat services for our reception. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great evening, the price for what we received was way better than what we thought, food was so good (fav was crab cakes and bacon wrapped scallops) and open bar was amazing the bartender and his special drinks kept us dancing all night. Bill and Diane made our process so easy definitely a night to remember. Thank you!

Our company took a cruise around Biscayne Bay was Tropicalboat and it was so much fun! The food was surprisingly good, especially the shrimp wraps. I wish I hadnt had such a big breakfast, so I could have ate more. Staff and crew were so nice, and the captain even let some people drive the boat.There were about 40 of us on a 4 hour cruise, and everybody drank so much/ someone used too much water in the sink, and the bathrooms ended up overflowing, so we people peeing off the back deck for the last hour of the cruise. Then it started pouring down rain. Always makes for a great story guys. Then you have the crew walking through the yacht, spraying air freshener because the bathrooms on the lower level are smelling funky. The group didnt mind though, and people just went up to the top deck to get more drinks. Whatever. Hahaha when youre on vacation, anything goes!

Captain Adam and his assistant were so hospitable and patient. He even accompanied us to the local market near the docks. He assisted us with our grocery bags. We were a little late to arrive and still hadnt gone to market. I love the fact that he was so patient and helpful. He and his lovely assistant were very attentive and met all our needs. This was our 2nd visit to Miami and we are so happy were did the 4hr yacht. Although we got an additional hour at no cost. The yacht was clean and very fun. We had 11 people and we moved around pretty well. We had the 50 prestige. The service was A+ class and we definitely recommend tropicalboat charters.

Kate with Tropical Boat Charters connected us with Captain Eddie and a 55 foot sedan bridge that was perfect for our afternoon on the water. We had a great tour of all the Miami hotspots--Star Island, Al Capones house, Miami downtown, ending with anchoring at a local hotspot off Key Biscayne. Captain Eddie and his first mate Caterina were fantastic. They kept the food (separately catered) and drinks flowing and ensured we had a great time. Next time Im looking to charter in Miami, I am contacting Tropical Boat again!

I never wrote a review before but i though Kate and Tropical Boat deserved it all, she met EVERY single request i had, answered ALL my questions, went beyond good customer service and she was patient with me. I rented the 75 Lazzarra Yacht, it was a beauty, no shoes were allowed on the yacht just so you can understand how nice it was. Captain Aschley was the greatest, down to hearth guy, fun and understanding, i would only go back on a boat with him. Great experience overall, i recommand.Mackenson.
