I just moved to Miami and have been trying to find a good barbershop.I definitely found my spot. Sarah did an awesome job and she was super nice. The place was also really clean and professional.

I was recommended to Churchill’s by my workmates from the office. I started seeing Yany and she is incredible. Such a sweet lady and does an insanely great job. I can get good enough haircuts from elsewhere, but hers are literally perfect. I’ve been seeing her for about 8 months now. I don’t know how she cuts hair so well but for sure, I’m definitely staying loyal to her.

I have been coming to Churchills since 2014 I believe. I think they have good service and talent. The reason for the review is because this is the second time they are late to service me (I came during work week so I cannot waste time). The first time was around 20 minutes, it happens. This time i was 15 min early, as usual, and at my appt time the receptionist let me know he would be a little late. 30 minutes past appointment time the next client for him walked in and i gave them my spot because i couldnt waste any more time. I was not offered a reschedule or any sort of compensation for my wasted 45 minutes. you lost a loyal customer.

Where can I start… First of all, I recently moved here, and I was a little worried about finding a decent barber. Second, I read the reviews and gave it a try today. Julian was my choice. The reviews were right: he is absolutely amazing. I will come back every two weeks. He is a real barber. He knows exactly what he does with scissors and the razor blade. Finally, I am thrilled that I have a place to go when it comes to get a decent haircut... I don’t have to try and have disappointing experiences before finding what I am looking for. I am SOOOO EXCITED ABOUT THAT!

This is was the third place I got my haircut at in Miami since I moved here a few years back, and it seemed to be the third time is a charm.This place has a bunch of good barbers, Julian is my dude though, so you should check him out for a good cut. You can get a nice shave here too.The reception is always kind and friendly as well. They have a bar too with coffee and water if you want to grab something while you wait.If you live in the city part of Miami, I highly recommend this spot for a good hair cut.

Not only was the cut itself fantastic, but the rapport among the employees and customers was unique. The customer service is second to none! Even when I was finished with my cut, they went out of their way to make sure I made it back to the airport.

Hair cut was goodshave was pretty poor, shaved me first with machine, then twice with a blade (not a knife) and then again with a machine and still not close.

They gave me 2 whiskey drinks and my girl 2 vodka drinks. The atmosphere was extremely nice and professional. Very professional but today I went in and got a haircut from Carlos. He asks what I wanted and I told him just a high fade nothing off the top. He proceeded with the fade and finished. He asked how I wanted the top, I told him nothing I’m letting it grow out. He then got scissors and I thought he was going to start a trim or maybe the long hairs to make it look neat. I was wrong he cut the top pretty small. I am furious I’m trying to let it grow out and this man just started to cut it off. The haircut is done well but ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.ALSO !!! When he was at the end of my haircut with the razor I felt a small sting. I look up and I see him make a face then I see him turn around and laugh with the lady that’s handles the money behind the bar table. VERY Disappointed because I paid 28$ for it to be treated like this. I also tip so I don’t understand why these people did what they did. Never coming back.(The man in the pic is not Carlos)

Went on Christmas Eve afternoon for a haircut and clean up on my beard with Alain R. and I couldn’t be any more satisfied....Great customer service from both the receptionist and Alain, great communication, very attentive and best of all gave me exactly what I was looking for as far as my haircut. Great place, stylish interior, friendly staff, poor haircut. The gentleman that cut my hair had a very blank expression when I was telling him what I would like. Evidently he cut what his ability allowed, sadly this wasnt what I requested. No shape, style or manageability to my hair. Unfortunately I would not recommend this barber.

This place has horrible customer service. The girl told me that I would wait about 2 about 3:30 pm. And that they would be at least two Barbers available. At that time or by that time it seemed like they were all available however they were all on their little iPhones one was outside talking to a lady. I was sitting there like a ghost no one asked me whether I wanted to cut my hair or not and Im assuming that would be a given that someone would inquire. I tried this saloon today, as soon as I entered, the host asked how could her help me. My hair was clearly asking for a cut.I said I needed a haircut, to what she said they were all booked for today.And thats it.Didnt ask if I wanted to book for Monday or anything. Just said she will have time only for Monday.

Ive been going to Churchills for about 3 years now and I cannot say enough good things about this place. My barber is Matthew Sicher and he is the reason I wanted to write this review, every self respecting man should be getting his hair cut with him; he is not just one of Churchills Master Barbers, he defines the term.In the two years hes been cutting my hair I have never walked out of the shop anything less than thrilled with the way I look. Bringing him a picture helps a lot and he only needs to take one glance before giving you that perfect cut you are looking for. I tend to switch my style around every few months (Ive had it long, medium and short) and he gets it right every time.The place itself is nothing short of spectacular, its always very clean and in pristine condition. The leather chairs are very comfortable and so is the leather couch used for waiting (Make an appointment, I usually go during the week since I work nearby and in 3 years I have never had to wait). Since I work downtown I take the Metro Mover to it, take the Inner Loop to Miami Ave. Station (The Macys one), it is literally across the street from Churchills, it couldnt possibly be more convenient.Its true that this is a place for men, and I mean that in a good way; the TV is always playing news or sports, the music is cool and the magazines are all mens magazines (Playboy, Hustler, Motor Trend), if thats not your thing, know that you can avoid them altogether. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home.The service is phenomenal, for $25 you get what is probably the best haircut youve ever had and an old school neck and sideburns shave to boot (Nobody else in Miami does this, and once youve done it once youll never want to get another haircut without it). They also do hot shaves, I barely have facial hair, but if I did Id definitely get one of those too.I honestly cant say enough good things about this place and Matthew in particular. Judge for yourself, call to make an appointment with him, mention you read about him on Yelp and see what a real barber can do for your hair. Churchills is a truly unique Miami spot that every man should experience.EDIT: I just want to update my review to say that I have now been going to Matthew at Churchills for 3 years or so, thats a good 36 haircuts Ive had with him and every single one has been flawless and perfect. As far as Im concerned theres no better barber in Miami.

Best barber in Miami. I have been to many barbers in miami and this one provides consistently excellent service no matter which barber you see. I dont have any preference for a barber so I usually just see whoever is available and I have always left happy. If you are looking for value your gonna get your $20 worth without a doubt. If your a cheap a$$ then you should probably just go somewhere else.

Best hair cut I have ever had bar none. For $20 you get more than your moneys worth. Complete with a coffee shop, old time feel, straight blades and assorted liquors/ TVs and lounges. Very good quality, highly recommend. Parking garage right beside it costs around $5 if less than 1/2 hour, Macys across the street.

Got my haircut for the first time there by a lady named lisa and left with probably one of the best haircuts ever, granted it is on the pricey side for $25, but still left a decent tip right after. I would recommend if you have the money for it

Really horrible service. Except for Juan, the other barbers seem like their forced to cut you hair. You will pay 28$ for a 10-15 min haircut. Now that my haircut was messed up pretty badly, Ill have to wait a month or 2 for it to return to normal because its going to grow out in a weird way. I would highly recommend asking people around Miami for more low-key barbershops because the barbers at churchills are really not motivated and interested in their job.

Just left this shop a half hour ago, not a happy customer. They put on an image like they are a great gentlemans barber and the atmosphere is convincing. The skills that the barber I went to were lacking, he wasnt confident and was tiptoeing around the cut like he was brand new. When it came to trimming my beard he was completely lost and thats where I realized that I made a big mistake. First and last time for me.

This is the only place I trust to cut my beard. My facial hair grows slower than Rick Bobby so I need to take care who I allow near my bushy goodness lol so yea I definitively recommend this place if you need some trimming!

The best artwork and totally out of place in Little Haiti. I was pleasantly surprised to find this type of bar in my neighborhood.

Not only was this the worst cut i’ve ever received, it wasn’t even what i asked for. i was growing my hair out and the dude used really short clippers on my sides and back when i specifically asked for scissors. i couldn’t tell there because of the strength and amount of product in my hair, but after washing it back at the hotel, i noticed it was completely uneven throughout, and not like texturing. straight up uneven. also, he cut my part ridiculously high on my head, way off from my actual part. after that, he butchered my face during a straight razor shave and made ridiculous excuses as to why my face was bleeding and had little cuts everywhere. my haircut and shave unfortunately happened after me telling him i had an important meeting 2 days later. and to top it off, the front desk staff was not welcoming at all. 60 bucks down the drain and 3 months to grow it back to where it was.

Worst barber in Miami.As you can see from the picture, asked for a simple hard part. Makes it a quarter inch wide and as uneven as possible. Do yourselves a favor, go someone else. Not worth.

Such a disappointing experience. Walked in and inquired about getting a beard trimming and was initially told they were completely booked for the day. Honestly there was one patron waiting for a cut and that is all so I was extremely confused as to how they had no open spots. The woman at the front desk told me shed take my number and call me if any spots became available. I get called and return to the shop and keep in mind I was a first time customer. I descriptively explained to the woman barber how I wanted my beard to be groomed. Long story short she hands me the mirror after shes 85% complete and asks me if this is what I was going for. After telling her 3 times that my moustache was patchy and that the left side of my beard wasnt even and matching up with the right side, she says What exactly do you want Papi? Im not the best with beardsYou have to be KIDDING me right ? How do you tell me at the very end that you are not the best with beards ????!!!Its never a good feeling when youre being taken advantage of and mislead because someone wants to make money. I paid 15$ for a completely disatisfying job. This is supposed to be a Mens Grooming shop and I walked in thinking that beard trimming would most definitely be a forte of theirs. I would never come back

Best barber shop in miami. Been going for about 7 years and it took a while to find a quality shop in miami. Other shops are charging 50+ dollars for less. Julian is a true professional. Maria at the front desk keeps the place running flawlessly. Appointments are always on time and I was even given a free haircut during the government shutdown which truly shows how much they appreciate their customers. Its a rare occurance to find quality places like this is Miami.
