Although the process was not a quick fix my advisor was patient with me and persistent with the collection agency and education department to get me into a repayment plan that I could afford. I dont know what I would do without them! Im extremely satisfied with the out come of the case. I was fedealing with a wadge garnishment from student loans. Which went on for over year! Do yourself a favor and keep on looking if you want to find a lawyer to help consolidate your loans. I hired these guys at the super discounted rate of $900 (They claimed that was the lowest price they could give me for their assistance.)First off they put a new person on my case who had worked there for two weeks and had no clue what they were doing. I asked another person to take over my account and they did but that was no better as they did not keep my updated on anything that was going on to the point that I had to call and actually beg that they call me once a week just to check in and let me know whats happening.A few times a manager got involved because of how bad their service was and made me fee like things were finally going to start working until they too didnt call back or respond with any information on my progress.Additionally dont go into this process thinking that they will do anything for you that you cant do yourself. I expected that because they worked with the department of education that my loan payment may be reduced or have the crazy interest reduced or forgiven in part but in reality all they will do is call a loan consolidation company and put you on a plan (something you can easily do yourself.)It took me almost 6 months to get done what should have been done in three weeks.These people are a joke and deserve to be shut down for scamming people out of their money while providing no real services to their clients.
