The staff have always been attentive and professional. I’ve been going here for over 6 years. Now, I’m currently waiting on a refund of $1600 because I posted a bond for my brother after pre-trial had already released him. I was told I’d receive a full refund after a representative get all the paperwork from TGK. I hope and pray they keep their word which I’m sure they will. I’ll submit a follow-up. Be safe everyone.

Be careful!!! Somebody in this office stole my identity.I sent a pic of my DL & CC and a couple of days later I get a fraud alert from my credit card company. A bunch of charges to my CC in Versailles, Water Sport rental places, bars, etc.This is the only ppl who had my cc info.Please be careful and dont send your personal info.

This place is a fraud I played them 5000 dollars more than 4 months ago and my brother never got out of jail. I asked for my money back and they said no sorry theres noting we can do Im so upset I recommend u guys to never trust this place with your money

Gabby, the owner was much help and knows all there is to know about the bail bonds. She was a breath of fresh air, after having been previously lied to about release times and processing of bail by an unsolicited caller to my cell phone. Gabby explained everything to me and was very patient in answering all of my many questions. After I posted the bail through the phone app, I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received when I came to the office once my fiance was released. This office is very conveniently located right behind the jail, so when I picked up my fiance, it was a one minute drive. The office is tastefully decorated, clean and brightly lit. Thank God I called a legitimate company.

Very fast service. Did entire bail transaction over the phone. The bond was posted right away and my friend was released after a few hours. They let him wait in their office which is right behind the jail until his flight, which was later on that day.

Fast service. Very experienced in their bailout system also nice employees there.

I had a bench warrant in palm beach county from 2014! . I called TGI i told them my situation And they helped me out . I had to basically surrender myself with their bonds man and present myself to the sheriffs department county jail. I went thru a process of a walkthrough which means i had to be bailedout in order to remove my bench warrant . This takes time since the county jail does the paper work . After about 30 - 45min i was later seen with the sheriffs and sign my Notice of Arrangement which ment i have a court date and I must be present if not it will cause more problems to my bond and myself. The bonds man was great overall and it was a first time experience being bonded out. Fyi I had a FTA while dl suspended . Thanks Omar, Robi

They are scammers of the Mayor brand, my husband deposited $ 1000 to pay a bond and left me as the person in charge who would pay the rest of the bond, my husbands bond went up and this office charged me dearly and they did not want to give credit, I managed another Fianzista, I went to collect the 1000 dollars that had been left on deposit and it turns out that the colleagues who had been very kind before when they saw that I went to collect the money, treated me in a very bad way, that they could not return That money because my husband was the one who took it, it had to be him in person, I told them that he was in prison, that I needed that money to be able to finish paying the bond (in addition to the fact that he had put me in charge, I was in the papers my name appears in those papers, because nothing with their very fresh faces told me that it was not possible to get my husband out with the favor of God, my husband called them on Saturday morning to collect the money and the lady who asked him tie He returned the phone, treated him with contempt and told him that he had to wait until Monday to get his money back, because the person in charge of that did not work until Monday (summary of this story are scammers .....
