Horrible service, no manners whatsoever! I posted bond not knowing someone had already posted and to get my money back was near impossible. No one wanted to talk to me or tell me what was going on. Thank God for American Express, I monitored and cancelled the charge through AMEX.I have never reviewed a business but the experience was so incredibly TERRIBLE it got me to write this. After I said I was going to write an honest review they told me I hope it comes right back to you baby and hung up the phone.These people dont know how to act like civil human beings and their business will suffer because of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.Luckily for anyone who needs a bondman there are 2 places right next door.

Went in with my Aunt to bond out a family member, and the owner was down talking on his employee cursing at her, tell her Cant do S#*t RIght! and the bondsmen even stood up to him. The Owner treated his own emplyees like there incarcerated. Since when TGK correctional changed their name to A-1 Magic.

INCOMPETENT!! I have been trying to receive my collateral since January, it is now JULY! Everytime I call there is a different story. No one EVER has time to speak on the phone. SO unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and find another bail bonds company.
