I came in before closing hours. They helped me choose a storage. Alex is friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease with move in. Location is clean.

I have been a customer of this storage location in Doral since 2017, but recently I encountered some really poor customer service, lack of management and Follow up to customers to the point that they ask you for a return number to call back and the laziness of reading the message they make notes in the system and put a different number from your message.During Pandemic season we were able to make payments even though we’re unemployed, I got sick and we were unable to paid August, After getting well my first thing was to start sending payments again and I notice I was locked from the system So we were UNABLE to make a payment online I call the facility and as usually manager was not available I left my name and number to be reach back at the time and never got a call back- Not only that -I got charge and additional late fee- collections fee etc etc- I reach and try in good faith to make August full payment and I was rejected after been treated in a very disrespectful way- Incredibly but real to make a good faith payment the manager send me to do it online with very poorly instructions. Afterward I decide to make an additional phone call and call customer service were also they were not able to take the payment and we’re talking about only $240 with all extra fees when my regular monthly fee is not even a $100 a month is like paying them 3 month instead of what is correct.Worst of all was that he & she was completely unapologetic about it.(lack of business wise and customer service)I am very disappointed with the poor service, this incident has really left a very bad impression on me after been a customer for years I hope that you look into the matter immediately, and refund the excessive money I have been paying for all this fee. At the end of the day I just want to make a payment. So weird that a Company make it so difficult for customer to comply with contract.Thank you for your co-operation, and I hope such incidents will not be repeated.

Just want to say this is the best storage place in miami. Alex and Tricia are the the friendliest staff are very accommodating and warm. Cant say enough great things about the staff!

Rented boat parking and the staff was very good. I am impressed with the facilty and convenience. Alex was excellent.

The reception area was very cool (temperature), the bathrooms were extremely clean; Lisa was a very big help, very accommodating, and very kind.

Worse experience ever in this storage location. Rent goes up every often to price match competitors. Property manager on duty is disrespectful with customers, and tenants, management should do something about it. I would not recommend anybody to rent at this place.

The Hollywood Florida facility is new and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was charged the wrong amount (higher). When I called, I was told that the credit can only be done by the area manager, Christian. It has been 11 days and counting along with multiple calls to no avail. I am on autopay and am afraid that this will be a recurring problem.

Today I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Value Store it! I am very happy with my XL space and friendly customer service.I highly recommend Value Store it to anyone in Miami Dade who is in need of storage!It was a 20 minute drive to South Beach. Beware of this place, full of rodents, if you decide to keep something valuable you better dont waste your money and go someplace else it will get damaged by rats. After rat damage they dont care, apologize nor take responsibility. Manager was rude and careless.

I m a customer here is have the most delightful experience its very comfortable safe and close to my home.

My storage is located close to i95 and is quiet far from my home. I chose this storage as it was the cheapest, air conditioned storage I could find. Ive been renting from this place the past 4 years.Here the perks:1. Conveniently located off i952. 24h access3. air conditioned and pest controlled (only insects Ive seen were dead. You cant prevent them to be brought in by the tenants)4. all units are ground level5. Manager Russel is very nice, so is the rest of the staffThe negative points:1. Rent is getting increased every 6 months and the increase is not just a couple of dollars. Its a considerable amount.2. The storage has been under contruction for a couple of months as they were building drive up units on the parking space around it. During that time there was dust & dirt everywhere and it was hard to get to the door. The gates were open during the day due to the construction and even the doors were open. At least when I visited. Couldnt drive up to the door and had to carry my stuff as rolling wasnt possible either with the gravel on the parking lot. Despite the fact that the construction was going on the storage rent kept on going up instead of giving us a break.I really like this place and wish it would stay affordable but I will cance my contract in the near future if it continues to go up in rent.BTW: wrote this review for the $5 discount that was offered. Lets see if I will get it...

Value Store It has the best value for your money. They have both climate controlled and non climate controlled units, 24 hour access, and the staff their is very accommodating and always willing to offer you the best savings.
