Compare to other storage this one is the best I’ve had so far!!! The customer service is exceptional. The employees are nice and attentive. The building is secured . You can’t get into the building doors or go up the elevator without your personalized code. The storage is fully air conditioned that’s a huge plus!! Also when you get a storage unit they have a cube smart moving truck that’s to your access for free.

Since the very moment we stepped in the office, Luis (general manager) helped us out choosing the right space for our needs. He gave us the best space he could give us at that very moment. Because it was our first time renting a space, Luis explained with many details the ins and outs of how things worked in his location. His help didn’t end that day. Because we access the unit very often, every time we needed anything, he was always there to deliver. The place is amazingly clean all the time, the access to the place is very convenient thanks to the code system they have, and the air conditioning works just perfectly. There is nothing worse than a corporation that relies heavily on lawyers to address any type of grievance. They are called bullies. Knowing what I know now, I could not be comfortable entrusting my property to this company. Beware, they do not address customer grievances with reasonable remedies. Service was Excellent, however, just like the other 2 nearby storage places I booked, they reserved a space that was no longer available, for months, and tried to upsell me.2ndly, he showed me 3 spaces which either had a big old column using up my space or instead of a rectangle, the space was a trapezoid. In both cases, I would be paying for space I could not use.I rented one with a column towards the side of the space. The Sunday rep was so patient with me, as we checked space after space.I recommend this as the best in the North Beach/Miami Shores area.Tip: for 4 months or more, the 25% off is cheaper than get the 1st month Free.

Very clean place to store. They have been helpful and receptive of my moving needs. I have had other storages that are garage base street level with issues regarding pests and infestation. This storage is new construction that is enclosed to the outside elements. This storage is highly recommended.
