Ive verified everything on my end to redeem my vehicle and 24 hours later they have not completed the paper work to release my car Ive called and it goes straight to voicemail every single time Ive left a voicemail and still no call back. Do not use this company under any circumstances they have shady business practices. I understand youre only retrieving property for the bank but when you slack on getting back to someone after getting everything done properly the last thing they need is to wait on you guys more than 24 hours to get back to them because your agent hasnt completed his/her paperwork it is unacceptable and irresponsible. Not to mention not answering calls from anyone except your bank clientele.

The car was towed, when I went to look for my belongings the next day they had stolen everything, nobody was responsible and they told me that they were not going to call the crane man because he was 30 years working with them and he was not going to risk that they would throw him out for stealing, they also told me that I was lying and that that was not there, they stole money from me,phone, my tablet and many other things. Beware of these people

They are thieves and rats will be reported.This is the dirtiest and coldest business there is. I do not know how they can sleep and live by stealing and abusing people like us.
