They did the convertible top on my 2011 Mustang GT.It came out awesome, they keep their word and are very professionals.

This shop took over a month to replace my convertible top and after I picked up the car I was not able to lower the top. I went to MERCEDEZ BENZ OF CUTLER BAY and they told me they had cut the cables of. I took the car back for them to replace the cables and one more time I was not able to take the top down. I took the car back to Gabriel and he told me it was the pistons or hydraulic cylinders that were bad and he had to take the car to another shop. It took another 3 weeks and when I picked up the car the clear coat on my hood was damaged and I was only able to lower my top, one time. I had to pay him $800.00 for the hydraulic cylinders they were supposed to have been replaced however at CUTLER BAY MERCEDEZ the service department checked the cylinders and they were never replaced, as a matter of fact they were leaking and that was the reason the top this time was not coming down. I did not pay this guy the for a job he had not performed, however this guy never gave me an invoice stating that my convertible top had 5 year guarantee and 2.5 years later this POS top, window came loose and the so HONEST AND REPUTABLE BUSINESS MAN after all his negligence he refused to provide my repair shop with my invoice number so they could request a replacement from the factory. BY THE WAY NEVER PAY CASH!! USE YOUR CREDIT CARD !!

He told me it would be about 5 hours to repaint the 2 front seats and dry them and make them look totally brand new again. When I picked up the car everything he had said he delivered. When my 80 year old mom told me the upper trim of the dash was falling apart for her 2009 Saturn Aura i began to look for a new one and guess what? GM is not making anymore parts because the cars are discontinued. Trust me I looked everywhere until i found one from a salvage yard upstate. It was not in the best condition but it was intact and had no issues. It looked Prehistoric due to time and weather but I bought it and searched everywhere to see who can recondition it and then I found Gabriel at Rivero Interiors. This has been a really disappointing experience for me. I brought in miscellaneous interior parts from my car to Gabriel for reupholstering to expedite the process and make everyones life easier. Nothing custom just touch ups, with the exception of covering up a light provision on the door panels. I brought him factory original seat covers as well, literally a walk in the park for an auto upholsterer. What was originally estimated at 3 weeks turned into 4 months almost. All sorts of excuses, changes in material, lying. There was a double standard with me. He was moving cars coming in for extensive upholstery work not making any progress in my items. We ended up arguing about this and he cited that I have something negative about me and that he knew about past problems I had with his competitors, which he APPEARS to subcontract work to... After all this hardship we went back and forth taking and sending back items because what he would give me had terrible workmanship and glaring defects. There was bad blood already so I just had someone pick up my components to be done with that man.I DID NOT RECIEVE THE QUALITY AND SERVICE I PAID FOR. Gabriel, your work speaks for itself remember that.

I cant speak for the quality of work but their prices are definitely HIGH. I called for a quote to have my own leather installed on 2 arm rests. Small 2 covers, small job since i already had the fabric pre cut when i bought it. They quoted me $80 for each side at first with their own leather but when i told them i had my own leather and already pre cut to fit, he said he could do $50 for each side so thats a total $100. I called another place 3 miles away from them and the guy there quoted me $40 ($20 for each side). I went there and i was literally in and out in 10 mins since all they had to do was use a UPHOLSTERY STAPLER to attach the leather to the arm rest which took 5 mins on each side. $40 i was out the door in 10 mins. Im so glad i called the other place or else i was gonna pay $60 extra for a 10 min job. If you really think about it they were charging me $10 A MINUTE :/ . Im giving them 2 stars because at least he responded right away.
