Robert is amazing! He spent a lot of time researching my issues and the history of my car. He was very patient and communicative, and wanted to be sure my car was correctly repaired (3 hopes, including a VW dealer, and repaired it over the previous 8 weeks!). Robert Really knows VWs and their quirks, which many mechanics dont. He is very conscientious. Excellent followup and communication . He test drove my car thoroughly after his repairs to be sure my issues were resolved. He pricing is clear and fair. Best Audi, VW, Porsche mechanic I know. I have known Robert more than 6 years now, and I would not trust both of my Audis to no one else. Simply as that.Again Today Robert exceeded my expectations. My A/C shutoff all of a sudden at the beginning of the week. Being stuck at work during regular weekdays, he provided me a Saturday appointment. It was not easy to diagnose and pinpoint where the leak was coming from. A couple of hours later, it was determined the Schrader valves were the cause of it. The repair kit has been ordered . I had previously taken my car to 305VDUB for them to fix an issue I was experiencing with my cooling fans but they couldn’t fix. His shop is one of very few that would even consider working on my Audi and certainly the only one who provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Robert replaced a clutch (single mass flywheel) in my 2016 GTI with an upgraded dual flywheel clutch to provide a quieter clutch with increased performance should I get an ECU tune on the vehicle. Work was performed to my satisfaction and speaking with Robert, he demonstrated an expert understanding of VW vehicles. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

Robert is a meticulous and detail-oriented mechanic. He did an extensive job on my VW, finding and diagnosing both the immediate problem (engine blown) but also other latent problems (faulty warning lights). If youre looking for a mechanic who really knows his German cars, Robert is the guy.

Robert is a Master Mechanic who used to work with VW and Audi for many years. That being said, I trust him with my car completely. The A/C in my 2012 VW Beetle stopped working, and I put off fixing it for months... then summer came and I couldnt fight the Miami weather anymore, it had to be fixed. Robert was the first guy I called because I wanted a VW mechanic, and the dealership would have cost me twice the price. His prices are within reason, but you are paying more for his skills and specialties compared to some random mechanic on any street corner.That being said, I was very happy with the work done on my car, its been two months and I have never been so cold!Thanks Robert! I had written a glowing review of Robs shop on demandforce (which I was unable to edit or take down) after a couple of performance upgrades (tune and exhaust), but since then Ive looked back and realized how much I was overcharged and lied to and how my friend was taken advantage of as well (he did way more work with him than I did). For some custom tuning to my car I was charged $1,000, but later found out it was a brand-name Eurodyne basic tune I could have bought and done myself for $700. My friend has also had complications with his upgrades and has had his car in a different shop fixing this guys work. Shady tactics and cut corners are the name of his game and I would avoid his shop at all costs (literally and metaphorically). I just want to save the next person some money and not let someone so disingenuous take hard-earned money from good people. Find a more professional place to get good work done.

Excellent work and very detail oriented, which are both hard to find anywhere and are very important qualities when doing complicated auto repairs on TDIs and other high performance interference engines. Expensive but worth it if you want your car to last. Robert was also very flexible with me dropping the car off late since I live far away.

One of the best mechanics Ive came across with, I came to him with my Porsche Boxter for an oil and water problem and couldnt have a better explanation possible, he walked me through every step before even commencing on my vehicle, kept me updated with part arrivals and labor and gave me suggestions and pointers. I got my VW Jetta to Robert after a routine oil and air filter change at a national chain left it unsafe and undrivable. The RPMs were going from 600 to 1700 and I had to put the car in neutral at a red light to keep it from stalling. He fixed it in a couple of hours and at a reasonable price. Its purring and I am very happy. RS has a new customer for life.

Rob is the man, my car was leaking oil like the Exxon Valdés spill and he found a quick economical solution. He is the Buddha of Volkswagens and knows how to relay information to customers. I think this guy is racist. Never wanted to look me in my eye. Overcharged me for a simple job, decided I didnt want the job done then he charges me $150 for a diagnostic then $75 for a holding fee then $15 for a shop fee (printing my receipt) pretty much paid this guy $240 for nothing. Once he received his money he became EXTREMELY rude! Wouldnt answer any further questions. I took my car to this place because it was having issues with the transmission(one of the gears was grinding) after leaving it for an inspection the guy that works here gave me the car back with even more problems than before and on top of that he charged me $107. I couldnt find 6th gear now, and the reverse was where 1st gear used to be. He said all he did was adjust the shift linkage to where it was supposed to be cause according to him it was unadjusted(even though I never asked him to do this, all I asked him was to check why the 5th gear was grinding and popping out) so after adjusting it now the 6th gear was gone...he told me it was because maybe the shaft where 5th and 6th are located was bad(before he took the car I could skip 5th gear and get to 6th without a problem) and when I asked him to put it back to the way it was before he told me that he couldnt adjust it wrong...so turns out I took my car to the VW dealership and there they told me the shift linkage was adjusted wrong, there they fixed it and put it back how it was before(didnt charge me anything for this and was done in less than 5 minutes), now Im getting 6th gear back. After confronting him about this he told me all he did was follow the VW manuaI on how to adjust it(so lets blame it on the manual?). I had to drive in 4th gear for more than a week(wasting unnecessary gas) thanks to him for not doing something the correct way(amazingly he still claims he didnt do anything wrong!). Any truly honest mechanic would admit if they made a mistake and at least return the money they charged you as courtesy to the customer. I was planning on fixing my transmission with him but not anymore, taking my car to someone else who knows what hes doing and wouldnt charge me a ridiculous amount for screwing it up even more.EDIT: this is NOT a false review, this thug whose name is Robert, called me to my cell phone right after I made this review asking me to take it down, after I refused to do so he got mad and started making threats. He has zero professionalism and is lucky I didnt report him to the police. BTW Robert, I have your cell phone number, no need to call me from private. ;)

Robert is very knowledgeable behind Audi and VW. My AUDI A4 was overheating to the point that I thought it was going to blow up, and just a phone call away Robert came over to my house, took a look at my car and was immediately able to identify that my lines were leaking and that an electrical module was probably defective and might have been the cause of everything. To make the long story short. Same day my car was fixed but stayed in the shop an additional day because one of the pieces that needed to be delivered from AUDI was going to arrive Friday (car broke down Wednesday). Great service, but most importantly VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I did not care about the cost as long as I dont have to fix the same thing again.
