My first experience with Japanese Auto Tech was very positive. I went to replace a door handle for my 2003 Toyota and ended doing an oil change also. The office is very clean and neat. William and Jesus, both are very professionals. The price is reasonable. I recommend them!!

In this world, you get what you pay for. Japanese Auto Tech has fair pricing and even better service. Giovanni and his team redefines integrity in the auto world. Theyve always been honest with me, are all about quality, and fast. My car was towed to them yesterday at 4:30 pm. I was told the starter would be replaced the next day by noon. At 9:30 am I got a phone call saying the car is ready and recommends not investing much money into the car because its not worth it- theres too many things to repair. I can assure you most shops in Miami would never be so honest and would push as many repairs as they could get. Thats service and attention I can trust and be a loyal to.Japanese Auto Tech youre a class act. Thank you.

I asked my neighbor if he had a good mechanic for our 2001 Civic, he suggested Japanese Auto Tech. I cant say enough about our experience! We had no idea what was wrong, but they found out and called us quickly. There were some suggestions about other things we needed, with NO pressure to get anything done. The work was done quickly at a VERY fair price. Great customer service, and the car runs fantastic now! Santana is the BEST!

I didnt end up getting any work done on my car, but I appreciated the honesty of the owner and his advice. This tells me what kind of shop it is. If it werent for the distance, I would return to this shop based on my experience alone.

Came in for a injector replacement on a vehicle, and it was repaired by the next day. Price for the repairs were hundreds of dollars cheaper than any Honda dealership too, and they still use OEM parts. Staff was friendly, honest and knowledgeable.

My son was driving back to Chicago from Key West and needed a reliable repair. He had his Honda Accord looked at and serviced by two other shops on his trip and they could not find the problem and repair properly. I called Japanese Auto Tech on Thursday night and told Jose about our problem. He told me to have my son come by 8 am Friday morning and he would help us out. They were able to diagnose the problem right away(needed both front axles replaced) and get him back on the road by noon. Great service and repairs, very reasonable pricing. Thank you guys for all your help. Would highly recommend this shop.
