I was involved in an accident on the highway a few weeks back and the stress behind it was horrible. I was recommended to All Florida Collision and let me tell you, the least stressful part was having my repairs done at this shop. The team here did a terrific job, they were super knowledgable with the entire A-Z service. They helped with my claim and walked me through the process, they got me into a rental, and turned over my truck super quick and even better than when I took it off the lot. I am very, very happy with their service and would a million times recommend them. 5 STARS!!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!

I took my car in after I was broadsided and GEICO recommended All Florida Collision. Fernando (who works up front) greeted me and reassured that they will do a great job on my car. I was willing to have them work on it for as long as they needed, and it was worth it! You cant even tell that anything happened, the car looks as good as new! You can tell that they take pride in their work, and they gave a high degree of professionalism (based on all the help Fernando gave me). I highly recommend them for your collision needs!

They handled the supplemental claim with the insured that hit me directly, making my repair experience stress free. I am very satisfied with this shop. The customer service is absolutely amazing! I brought my Corolla to get fixed on Monday, and by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. I don’t recommend this place at all. Once I picked up my car some important stuff were missing. And I had to go twice because they Didn’t finish the job correctly. Do not trust these people.

I took my Jeep to All Florida Collision to have some work done. The service was absolutely amazing! They were in constant communication with me giving me updates and even offered to have me Ubered around while my car was in the shop. Everyone there is so personable and professional. Im not taking my car anywhere else but AFC. Plus, they give you a pen, and who doesnt love pens!

As I was in the waiting area, I heard how they treat other customers...offering to take care of every detail from adjusters to insurance companies and even rental cars. I left my 2011 Toyota Corolla here, right after the hurricane left damage to my car. The shop did a great job, like new. Really appreciated the friendliness of the staff there, and that they kept me informed about the status of my car. I would definitely recommend this place.

I dont usually write online reviews regarding service at a company but I really need to say how unhappy I am about the service rendered in this facility. They dont care about the customers they just care about getting more cars in to get more money.I was rear ended by a driver insured by Geico and was sent to All Florida Collision to get my rear bumper repaired. They repaired the bumper but the color was completely off and it wasnt hooked correctly. I went back to get the painting on the bumper corrected and by the looks on their faces they were not happy I was back and that I was complaining. When I went back to get my vehicle the second time, no one seemed to care if I was happy with the new paint job or if it was better, I was just handed my car keys to leave. The painting was still off but decided not go back there again because they dont care about giving good service all they care about is getting more money. I will never go back to this place nor will I ever recommend it to someone I know.

The office staff could not be nicer! I have had to get my car fixed twice with two small children, they help me with the car seat latches (my fingers arent strong enough to loosen the latch) and have gotten on the phone with car rental company to push them to give me a more family friendly vehicle each time without my asking. They understand customer support! I have never had any issue with the body work they have done in my van. I would send all my family and friends here.

All in all a good place, they do own up to the mistakes on a repair if any, it can be frustrating to deal with it, I can understand a business needs to get cars in and out but if they can have one of the managers inspect the vehicle for defects from the paint job or any other repairs, maybe even drive the car around the block, this may expedite the process from having customers come back and waste time. Overall honest people, good repairs, may require a better internal process to avoid errors on jobs once complete.

WOW!Where to begin, Fernando & Yessy made me feel right at home.As soon as I got there Yessy called Enterprise to come pick me up, since I needed to have a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. I just picked up my car from this place and I cannot be happier. When I dropped off the car the staff was friendly and professional. Even the rental car was already there waiting for me. The staff was very thorough when explaining all the charges and labor to be done. I received a courtesy call a couple days later to give me an update on the car and I was invited to stop by at any time to check on the car. Earlier on the week I was called again to confirm the completion date. When I picked up the car I was very pleased with the quality of the job. Paint matched perfectly and the repairs were perfect. I am happy to give this place 5 stars and sincerely recomend them for the quality of job, timeliness and profesionalism. I have been in the auto industry for about 15 years in Miami and all Florida collision is second to none.

It was a great experience overall. Completely seamless. I had my car back in service as expected!

I would have given them five stars, however, their quality control needs a bit of improvement. They forgot to reconnect the right side of my rear lights. I noticed it on my way home. I disassembled the trunk cover and reconnect the lights myself when I got home. Aside from that minor hiccup the service was excellent; the staff was a pleasure to deal with; they called to give me an update as my car went through the repair process. The repair was done within the estimated timeframe and Im satisfied with the quality of the workmanship (would rank quality 3 stars out of 5) Im a perfectionist when it comes to workmanship!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- I never thought it could be this easy or let alone a great experience to have my car repaired after an accident. All Florida Collison is a wonderful one stop shop where you can get the repair, the insurance adjuster, and car rental dealt with all at the same place. They were accommodating and pleasant to work with.*Side note- I had lost a pearl earring that was my mother’s a few months back that really upset me. Today as I got into my car that they convienently dropped off at my work, my ”lost” earring was sitting in my cup holder! I guess when they vacuumed my car they found it and kept it aside for me. They easily could have thrown it away or kept it.

This place has horrible customer service. They will give you the run around relentlessly. The receptionist knows nothing helpful, and the one person who seems to know anything is harder to reach than the president. For a business that can charge you daily storage their response rate is almost abusive.

Geico insurance rep was really helpful and reassuring for someone that had never been in the situation of an insurance claim. Florida Collision was good communicating the status of my car and someone even waited for me after 5:30 on the day I needed to pick up my car. My only complain is for the Enterprise rep. What a piece of work. Extremely rude and unprofessional, probably hates his job and blames everyone around him for having to do that job. Interacting with him felt like I was bothering him when in reality he just needed to do his job.

Sent here by Geico. the car rental was ready. went very smooth. make sure geico checks your car for any mechanical problems. most times they are just into cosmetically fixing a problem and not mechanically. dont let body shop fix something that is not reported as part of the overall problem. dont let body shop be nice and not charge you for something. if that something goes wrong it was never reported as part of the accident.

This is the worst place where you could take your car.My vehicle was at All Florida Collision Specialists a month on a four-day scheduled job. The issues with this shop included inferior workmanship, deceiving business practice, lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness and violent behavior.Deceiving business practice: Over a week after my vehicle was dropped off and after calling several times because the shop did not return phone calls, the car was ready for inspection — this was my first attempt at getting my car back. The car still had original damages that were not fixed; nevertheless, were clearly marked. Not only did they waste my time, they also tried getting more repair money from my insurance company, Geico.Inferior workmanship: About two weeks and numerous phone calls later from my Geico representative and me to the unresponsive shop, the car was supposedly ready for the second time. In this instance, the paint was over-sprayed and dripping marks were clearly visible. When I complaint about the horrible paint job, the shop argued the car was brought in that way even and called me a liar when there were pictures to proof the opposite. Needless to say, the evidence of their mistake was obvious and they relentlessly agreed to fix the problem.Violent behavior: Another week without my car went by before the next visit. This time, I asked my Geico representative to be present, and we were both astonished about what we saw: not only was the paint color not matching, someone in the shop had vandalized my car. The side of the car that had no damages when I took it in, was scratched from one side to the other — it was clearly intentional.My car was immediately taken to another shop by my Geico representative where it was serviced in three days.I asked Geico to take All Florida Collision Specialists off their service shop list so no one else goes through the same experience. Inferior workmanship, deceiving business practice and lack of professionalism are enough to turn anyone away from doing business with this shop, but when you add violent behavior to the mix, you have a business that should not be open to the public.

Two years ago we were victims in a car crash, and now, victims again, we returned to All Florida Collitions due to the great service received. We strongly recommend this company.

Do not take your car there for repairs. My car was left with damage. Took car in again and now the paint on the new bumber they painted and installed is chipping off. Please avoid at all cost.

Lets talk about the atrocity that is my experience with All Florida. Took my car in because they worked directly with Geico. The accident was pretty bad so I was expecting it to take about 2 weeks. Within 5 days I received a call saying my car was ready. Skeptical enough, I dropped off my rental and hitched a ride to all florida to see that they replaced my bumper with a bumper for the wrong car. It happens, i proved to them thaat in fact was not my original bumper and the car was taken in again. The second time i went to pick up my car, the horn was not working and my lights did not work. They had bolted in my light completely wrong and the car looked like they tried to do a quick fix. so i turned it in AGAIN. The third time i went to pick up my car, the steering wheel was not aligned at all. so i drove home with a car constatnly veering off onto the side. When i get home, i noticed two huge gashes on the backside of my car (the accident was on the front) and they were not caused by me. They did not replace my wheel and my hubcap was falling off cuz they had just forced the hubcap on. the paint had airbubbles all over it. it was done HORRIBLY. they kept making sorry excuses to not take in my car again. but geico stood by my side and got my car fixed for the fourth time. long story short and 5 rentals later... i got my car back and would not even recommend this collision center to my worst enemy. never do business with them.
