Best mechanic for sure. I was browsing around for a auto technician/ mechanic to fix a unknown issue with my MB C300 A/C wasnt working after another mechanic rebuild my engine from a flood . I met Frank and within minutes he brought his computer with out any compromise and did a diagnostics right then and there. He fixed my car within 2 days. Great mechanic, and most important honest! On a recent trip to Miami my car began to lose electricity. I noticed the lights on the dash gradually dimming and just as I parked at our destination my car quit. It was midnight. My concern was not the car because I knew it would get fixed somehow. As an out-of-towner I was concern with finding a certified, reputable, reliable, and honest mechanic. My searches on Google led me to several shops around the area and after reading the reviews I selected Valenz Auto care. The reviews on Valenz were more than decent in comparison to the rest. So I settled on Valenz. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car it was an EXCELLENT experience. The attendant was pleasant, well spoken, polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He was very clear with his diagnosis of the problem, what needed to be done, and the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely consider this place my to go to shop whenever Im in the Miami area and find myself in need of auto repairs. Bravo friend!

I went crazy with my 2008 Nissan Armada. It felt like it had no power and smelled like a lot of gas was burning. I went to 4 different shops and had spent thousands with these so called mechanics and ended up with the same issues. Finally god sent me an angel of a mechanic. My family member told me about Valenz auto care of how honest and great mechanics they are. I was at the point of just giving up and selling my car and I gave it one more chance. I spoke with the owner which is a wonderful kind person and told me hell do anything in his power to figure out and finally enjoy driving my car once again. So a couple of hours went by and they found the problem. They told me i had a plugged catalytic converter and the spark plugs needed to be cleaned again. I was shocked and skeptical at first, but I agreed to the repairs. Next day he calls that it was ready and I was excited to see my baby again. I test drove it and it ran like a new car! I couldnt believe it! And it wasnt that expensive either! Finally I feel at peace with mechanics once again. You can tell that these guys know what theyre doing and I will forever be refer many people to them.

Honestly ..best place ive ever been too. So cheap. And the people are so freindly. The prices are unbaleivable. Like i went too this auto care place or anyother place they charge me 55 to 60 for oil change. Here 37 dollars for synthetic. Ive been coming here and i love it..my number one place to go too. And they no exactly what they are doing. I wish therw was a 10 star instead of 5 these guys deserve great reviews and great everything. Great people.
