This was my first time renting any audio equipment and this company made the process and experience seamless. The technician went above and beyond to ensure the appropriate equipment was supplied for the type of event. The technician called the venue and realized the space for the rental equipment was outside - something I didnt think of nor mentioned. They followed up with me to advise the appropriate screen and my options. They were flexible when I realized I needed to order a speaker and microphone in addition to a screen. They met me at the venue to set up and even helped me to hook up my projector and provided extra extension cords. The customer service I received was beyond exceptional. The AV technicians arrived well in advance of our event and promptly set up the equipment. They were professional, responsive and their price was less than half what the venue location wanted for the same AV setup.

They were very nice and professional. They arrived a day before and made sure we were set for the next day. There equipment served us well. Will surely use them again.
