Great company! I love it and it’s products

The company I work for tasked me to host an outdoor movie night event and it went marvelously, mostly in part to ACD! The booking process was painless. My event even had a date change and they were so accommodating. They stayed in contact with me up until the day of the event and confirmed all details with me no matter how many times I had called! The day of the event, I was in contact with the technician and he arrived perfectly on time. He was extremely patient with us as there were a few issues with access to outlets and what not and he was so kind. After the projector had been set up, he showed me exactly how to operate the equipment, put it away, and take proper care of it. He even came to my home the following day, about an hour from where hes located, and picked up the equipment - no hassle, fees, or charges, just a friendly attitude and the epitome of customer service. We will be doing business with them again, Im sure.

I was so impressed by their service; I needed some equipment at the last minute and they delivered what I needed within 15 minutes of my call. Ive used them for events big and small, and they are always perfect and affordable. My only complaint is they dont offer services in every state I operate events!
