Excellent technology company! During this Covid pandemic they were a little delayed which is understandable due to equipment delivery schedule delays but an Incredible service! Highly knowledgeable in this field! Highly recommend!

Even though Fernando and Gustavo were knowledgeable and friendly, I payed $380 for an incomplete job. Only my wireless is partially working and the long list of things I needed to complete is still pending (camera system, sonos, nest carbon detectors,etc) it takes me weeks to speak with them to schedule an appointment. They text me saying they will call me soon and nothing happens.... I’m really getting tired and wish I could call someone more reliable, but they know my hands are tight since they were the ones who installed the whole house system with the previous owner.

All I can say Zero Nine Technology definitely delivers! Excellent communication, customer service and installation. I am so pleased with the set up of my new DVR and the techs were available. Theyre so accommodating and will work with your schedule. In addition, David the manager is AWESOME to work with. His knowledge and expertise is on point each and every time.

I have to fully appreciate Mr. Fernando and all his team for the excellent and professional service that Zero Nine Tech has provide me from the very beginning. I live in the community of Doral at the brand new Landmark properties and I am impressed for the respectful staff that came to my house to do the service and installation of the smart home system. The team at Zero Nine are amazing people. Starting with Greta, she was very responsive with all communication regarding the services that were being provided all the way to installation and follow-up after to ensure I was completely and 100% satisfied. Ernie and Lyan, the engineers that took care of my installation, were extremely professional and even arrived a little early to ensure they would not be late. They took the time to ensure everything was installed and properly setup to ensure everything came out perfect. They were also very neat and even cleaned up afterwards to ensure there was no mess left behind. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort the team at Zero Nine put forth to make sure my new home has all the latest technology and automation. I would highly recommend Zero Nine to anyone looking to upgrade the technology in their home.

By far the worst home experience I have ever had. Besides gus (who is a savior) working his ass off and a few other of the techs who i honestly can’t thank enough for their time and professionalism... I would have given my overall experience working with this company zero stars. My two stars are for those few techs helping with ever mistake the company on a larger scale made. Coming to my home whenever something goes wrong right away to fix it. Etc. I’m very grateful for that.

I will try to be as objective as possible with this review since I’m very dissatisfied with this company, I will start saying that the products were offer to me by Lennar the company that sold the house at landmark doral in an effort to deliver a new automated home to make life easier well it end up doing completely the opposite, the system was supposed to be ready by the time I move in and later on I will get the accessories ( sonos sound system 4K tv Apple 4K ) well I move in a month later than expected and system wasn’t installed, i understand that this things happen I tried to contact the company and it was kinda hard but finally I reach to them the cancel installation appointment twice thing that cost me money because i stayed home in order for the installation to happen finally the install but it wasn’t complete because one of the accessories wasn’t working ok they told me they will installed when they deliver the tv audio and that.That didn’t happen for the next month so I contact them without any answer so I went to Lennar they send and email and they answer next week thing that didn’t happen and as of today it’s been almost 4 months without product answer or delivery for what i will say this company has no commitment whatsoever and i will not use them or recomend them ever without mentioning that there’s almost 20 other units with the same issue and this packaged was paid in advanced at a no cheap price it was well paid

Used this company to install a Sonos sound system inside and outside, 7 different zones, I added a security camera system as well. They showed up on time as ageeed worked timely, delivered the product, and followed up with customer service when we called. The system works as sold.

I bought a Lennar house and brought the savant smart system, it would automate only two lights, the air conditioning thermostat, a camera and the door lock, I decided to add a sound system, televisions, 2 additional cameras and a dvr, I cant deny that to charge if they are good, but to do it they took more than 2 additional months to the date that we had agreed on the delivery, the dvr never worked and a camera did not work correctly either, there I started calling to have the problems corrected and Today two years later they have not solved anything, the problem worsened when I changed the internet provider 5 months ago and since that date I only received a visit from a technician and they have not returned, it is impossible to communicate by phone with the company, messages are left and Nobody responds.
