I cannot thank them enough! after having a long night with my family i needed to get gas before heading back up home (35-40 mins away) i had my mini goldendoodle with me in the car he was hungry and exhausted from the day…While I stopped to get gas I got out of the car and closed the door behind me so that my dog would not get out.After I put the pump back in its pocket hole I reached for my door and could not get it open. At first I didn’t really panic because normally my car does not lock when the key is inside but this time the door was not unlocking! I had left my keys, purse, phone, and dog all inside the turned off car!I panicked not because of the situation at hand but more so because of my dog! So I went inside the gas station a little frantic at what to do I kept telling myself I’m going to have to break the window.Then, a gentlemen who was in line was kind enough to let me use his cellphone to make contact to my husband. He asked what car was mine so I showed him and he too agreed the car should have not locked. He told me had a tow company and that he could reach out to see if one of his guys was in the area to help me open the door. As we waited i proceeded to call my parents as they lived down the street and i wanted to pick my dads brain about my car as he works at Lexus I figured maybe I’m doing or did something wrong. My parents showed up minutes later and to their surprise they too could not figure out what had happened.As we all stood around waiting and me trying to teach my dog how to unlock the door lol the truck finally arrived and within minutes this AMAZING gentlemen was able to unlock the door.I swear to god it was godsend him and I happened to be at the same place same time.He was such a sweet and kind soul my parents and I sincerely appreciated not only his help but for staying with me during that time.It’s not easy 10:30 at night,5 1/2 months pregnant, and a dog locked inside of a turned off car.So I thank god for looking after me and having this gentlemen by my side.I never really got his name (you would think that’s the first thing I would do) but I sure remembered his company.So if you happened to read this review, please let me know if there’s ever anything I can do for you! And I thank you truly!!

They towed my boyfriend’s car before we woke up at 6:15am. My boyfriend has never had a warning or a misdemeanor at my apartment complex (Doral West). About 20 other cars that didn’t have a decal is left alone, while my boyfriend’s car was the only one that got towed. There was also a resident parked in a Visitor’ spot.All of these cars didn’t have a decal, nor were they in a parking spot. According to the complex, these are grounds for a towing violation. But they were still parked and here at 10am.

My car was towed right in front of my house by these people. I had it parked perpendicular to 2 other vehicles. I was never warned, no one knocked on my door, or even informed me that my vehicle was about to be towed. A warning would have at least let me know to correct my parking - which regardless wasnt even obstructing traffic in any way, shape, or form. I had parked there for an hour at most when they towed me, at 1:31am. When theres nobody around driving.My neighborhood hired them as their towing company sure, but they take towing calls from anyone who complains about an incorrectly parked car just to profit.When I figured out my vehicle had been towed and contacted them they stated I had to pay $180 to go retrieve it, then later as I was on my way they called me back to tell me it was $256 given a processing fee and a supposed $25/additional hour parked past midnight.Once I got to the place, I tried to have the guy charge me the original price quoted and the guy was completely unwilling to cooperate and says hes just an employee doing his job and cant lower the price... after having jacked it up $76 more.... Deceptive lies and thieves.And just like other reviewers have pointed out, they ONLY accept cash.When asked how they even managed to find out about my vehicle in order to tow it, supposedly they had someone call in about it, then they towed it, and had that person sign a form before leaving the neighborhood with my car. These people make money off getting calls, I wouldnt be surprised if people are incentivized to call them to tow others.Warning to anyone reading this, be mindful and wary of who your neighbors are... theyre most likely the ones calling these guys to tow your vehicle.

My car was towed from my own driveway where I have been parking for the past 18 years. I have never had a problem until my community hired this trash terrible towing company! The towing lot is literally a garage with little space, making it more likely to damage my car. Extremely unprofessional would not recommend this company to ANYONE. This company needs to be investigated, towing the car without prior notice, to suffer the car while the owners are in front and even telling the man what to expect, then the man asked us for $ 100 cash to give the car on the same night, with the threat that the next day would be $ 126. I dont think this act is legal, and it needs to be investigated by an expert. We are in the USA And here we all have the right to defense and this way of acting leaves much to think about the services we are accepting in the area.

Got towed yesterday at my condominium and I know they are in business with the security. Giving money for every car the security calls in. I was told by the person who rented me the apartment that I was able to park there, still got towed. And they close early to make that storage fee money.. but you can still tow although your office is closed? These guys are scammers. The BBB and IRS will hear about them only accepting cash. The lady at the front answers the phone like she hates her job and no respect. Must have grown up in the jungle. Second time I have to deal with this company and they are the absolute worst. No idea how they are still in business.

People do park right, we are a business shop that works with cars. The cars weren’t park in the middle of the street. They were parked in front of a business. That our neighbor let us park car there. They charged us 156 per car. That is a disappointment, like people work hard to get 200 dollars and then to take these cars for no reason and end up paying that amount of money like seriously? Very upset.

Horrible experience! Theyre suppose to have a credit card machine readily available and they dont. Only want cash, dont let you inspect your car before taking it, pressure you to sign a release form. Dont want to give receipts. This whole company seems shady. I wouldnt recommend them for anything
