David (the driver) was knowledgeable, friendly, answered my numerous questions, and worked hard. Chris was very helpful when talking about our dilemma over the phone. Generations of our family have used Midwest Propane as our supplier over the decades and will continue to.

The guy looks at things that dont belong to him and finding out information on other peoples property. To me he is there to do his job only.

Good price on propane with generally quick delivery.

I needed both the propane fill-up and some repair work done to my tank. The office personal got me set up extremely fast, and Bobby the technician who came out did a bang-up job quickly and was a nice guy as well. To top it all off they gave me a great price per gallon on the propane. Nothing but five stars for these guys

I deal with them first 3 times.All my invoices were wrong and they charged me more than they told when I first call in to order.Before we order we have to call around to check the price. Who gives us the best deal we will order from that company right?This people will tell you lower price but when they delivered they will charge you higher. Their excuse is, when you order was few days ago the price difference.What the point for you to call and check the price? You dont know what you will pay for.Unfortunately, I am not lucky because all my 3 invoices was higher because all 3 times I ordered. Price only go up.I dont understand why they still in business the way they run their business.I see there is a 5 stars very bottom. I bet you the owner give himself those stars.

We preordered our propane 2 weeks in advance and they never delivered. Tried calling them several times but no answer. The price for propane was great but whats the use if you dont get any delivered.

This is the worst place Ive ever dealt with to get propane. Ive been waiting for propane for 2 days, totally out. The weather is crazy cold. Call and talked to Mary, she dont know if the sun is shining or not. She cant give you a straight answer, says she cant get hold of the drivers to see where they are or if they will get to you today or not. If you call her several times during the day, she will screen your calls, then you can call from another phone 2 minutes later and she answers the phone. Poor poor customer service, company is not a very good business. They need to clean house and start over. Ive got propane today from another company, they said they have picked up several new customers due to this same issue Im having. Good luck

Midwest Propane is Miami is a horrible company to order propane from. They do not like to work with your schedule and tell your personal and account information to other family members even though theyre not on the account. They use the good ole boy system. Beware of their practices!

Not too reliable. Couple times we called a week ahead for propane with a set date and its like a well get to it when we get to it attitude.
