Company was recommended to me by someone I trust however I found that despite being a little more expensive they paid very little attention to detail, were totally content to leave the job unfinished (with screws sticking out of my wall, ripped stickers/residue on doors, and uneven hardware that did not line up when closing the door, etc) and were pretty unresponsive once the job was done. Pictures are from when the installer deemed the job complete, and during walk-thru I had to complain that these things were unacceptable. They came back out to fix this and again months later when one of the doors still wouldnt line up. Overall, not worth the hassle to me. Wish I used another company.

I hired Prestige for my window project. Overall, they were a great company to work with. They were responsive when it came to providing me with updates on the arrival of the product and with permitting as well. When they came to install, they did a great job! They handled the products with great care and they made sure to leave my windows secure and in beautiful conditions. My only frustration was with the install manager getting back to me and to schedule service for one window. It took quite some time to get it resolved but, it was eventually resolved. Regardless, I am happy with my windows.

Looking for the right company to help me with my window replacement project was difficult. All these companies make promises they cant keep and are just looking to take your money. However, Prestige Windows and Doors were openly honest with me and gave me realistic time frames on when we would receive the product and kept me inform of any delays. When it came to installation, they called me in advance to confirm installation day and notified me when their crew would get here. I am proud to recommend this company because they never gave me any false promises and provided me with beautiful windows and a great installation crew.

Had 3 ESW sliding glass doors (2 2-panel and 1 3-panel) installed in my condo on the water in March 2021. Everything was going smooth until the installation date. I lost confidence in the installation team when they had to reinstall the 3-panel system multiple times because they couldn’t figure out how to properly install the door/panels. Install manager at the time, Lucas Oliveira, was never available and did not communicate. All three doors have drafty sections where wind and humidity penetrate/whistle on a regular windy day which means much more wind will enter my home during a hurricane. Have had multiple service reps out to my condo to “fix” the issue with no resolve. Their own services reps have mentioned the doors need to be reinstalled. ESW (the manufacturer) has been out to my home and mentioned the panels are not fitted into the frame properly. To this day (October 2021) my main 3-panel door is not level and not fully fitted into the frame. Company claims since these doors are retrofitted, they won’t be a perfect fit, but I find that hard to believe since they were measured to the opening. Honestly think they are just giving an excuse for a faulty installation and I’m disappointed in the company’s inability to resolve. I gave 2 stars vs 1 because the actual ESW product is great and the last guy assigned to me, Guillermo Cruz, was really nice. Also, initially the sales rep, Paul Bazzuella, represented Prestige as the manufacturer, but shortly after doing research and early in the process, I realized Prestige is just a distributor/installer of products. I dismissed the misrepresentation solely as miscommunication but am now noticing others reported the same issue. In retrospect, I shouldve heeded the negative reviews and proceeded with another company.

I had windows that needed replacing. I checked with many dealers and contractors and Prestige seemed like the right fit for me. They were quick to send someone over to talk to me about the product, as well as measure my windows. They had so many options to choose from, and I found the right product, style, glass color and tint for me. Installation was pretty fair. I would recommend they hire better installers since there were some areas that couldve been done better. Overall, great experience.

He presented all options and was upfront about how long it would take to manufacture and install. When it finally came time to my installation, it did take longer than I expected, but the installers worked hard for 2 days. I was looking to replace my current windows to impact rated windows. I wanted my home to be prepared and protected when hurricane season came around. I was looking for impact windows for my home, and I had different quotes from 3 companies, but Prestige really won me over with the product and price. My sales representative Marcel was outstanding. He came out to my home and showed me some samples and went over the pros and cons of each one, and recommended which one would best fit my home. The installation was overall clean, and the installers that came out were very hardworking and friendly. My only complaint is that their customer service could be better. Overall, I love my new windows and Prestige really came through.

My experience with this company was fairly positive. I had the initial meeting to get a quote for some impact windows and doors and the sales person was very informative and answered my questions and concerns. They showed me different products and styles to choose from. I had other quotes from other companies, but even though Prestige was a little expensive, I liked their quality products the best. The process took a little while to order and install my windows and doors, but they were worth the wait.

We moved into our house in October of 2019 and decided we needed to replace our windows and doors to impact resistant. We contacted 5 companies in total to give us a quote and listen to their pitch. Let me tell you that most of the companies we spoke to were very shady and not professional at all. My home has close to 30 windows making the investment quite high. I am shocked how there are companies out there handling these types of large jobs that are so unprofessional. Luckily! One of the companies we contacted was Prestige Windows and Doors and met with Jakob. Let me tell you that Jakob was on time for our meeting and was very professional and transparent in his pitch. He answered all our questions and gave an excellent presentation of the available products. Unfortunately, due to COVID, he made it clear that the manufacture process was going to take at least 4 months due to shortage in staff at the manufacturing plant and an additional month to schedule out the actual install. Although this was tough to hear since we were coming into the start of the hurricane season, it was definitely comforting to hear Jakob state facts although this was news that was not in his favor. Most sales reps would sugar coat this and tell you after the fact. In June of 2020, we signed the contract with Prestige and after they took care of all the permitting and HOA approvals, the install was finally scheduled for the beginning of November. Again, this company has been very transparent and this was something we were looking for when researching different companies. Jakob’s estimate of the time it would take to manufacture the windows and doors was also spot on.So, the delivery of all windows and doors was completed on the delivery date as scheduled. The gentleman that delivered the items were very courteous, they explained where the best location to place the windows and doors would be and helped move furniture out of the way so that they can place the items under roof and protected until the installation takes place. The installation was scheduled for the next day. To me that was wonderful because of the amount of windows that was required for my home. The installer named Fernando and his helper arrived the next day within the time frame I was given, they assessed the items received and re-measured all of the windows again to confirm that they had the correct window sizes. They were very courteous, made sure to keep me informed of everything they were doing, moved furniture and covered everything that might get dust on it. They worked day after day completing each window at a time and I must say that they did an excellent job with the installation. The city inspector was scheduled and the inspection passed without issues or concerns. Overall, I am very pleased with our selection of Prestige Windows and Doors and would definitely recommend them to family, friends, neighbors and whomever inquires about our windows and doors.

The CGI rebate first was denied by the manufacturer but later was covered by Prestige several months after installation. That’s all behind us now so we are completely satisfied with the results. Our windows look great and we know that our family will be kept safe in the event of a hurricane. We appreciate their professionalism and taking care of everything. Status: Paid 95% / Pending 5%Nov 2020 - Malena Armas (Sales) We made the contract with her and a few weeks later she came to my house to sign a set of documents for the association application, among those papers that I signed was the Notice of Commencement that they sent to the Miami Dade court without our consent and notarized without our presence.Because all the delay and the Notice of Commencement in our house title, we are not able to apply for a refinance. We still have a few things pending in their side and the project is not moving cause they have no intentions of finishing the installation.We have learned that the installers are sloppy, the sliding door was installed incorrectly and does not close properly, they broke the floor on front of the sliding door and then filled the space with a brown silicone which look horrendous.When I questioned the installer he replied rudely and told me that he works on big projects not in a hovel house like mine.Guillermo, the project manager, didnt show up at my house the first day, not until I told him that I wouldnt let the installers access my home and wanted a new team to finish the jobOne panel came with a defect and he reported the wrong panel to the factory, resulting in more delay.Today July 12 2021 (8 months later), the installation has not been complete and I’m still waiting for them to can finish this nightmare to can remove the Notice of Commencement from my home title.I strong recommend to find another company to install your CGI/PGT windows and doors to avoid a lot of stress and waste of time

Replacing our windows, doors, and skylights with hurricane impact glass was the first of several projects for which I have dealt with various contractors, a total of seven for a series of home improvement projects.We were initially weighing the possibility of buying a more expensive home, but, for a variety of reasons, we decided to remain in our older home, and upgrade it. We have therefore been living in a construction site for the last year, but we have overall enjoyed the process, beginning with our relationship with Prestige.We hired Prestige after I spoke with many contractors in Southeast Florida, including representatives of all the major name brand window manufacturers. We also contacted several of the top listings on Angie’s List and Home Advisor. We had several estimates from various contractors. Although Prestige was not the least expensive, we judged them reasonably priced and most competent. The manufactured windows, doors, and skylights Prestige recommended (CGI) had been recommended by others of the most well-reviewed contractors.Dealing with any contractor for repairing or refurbishing a fifty year old Florida house almost invariably involves unwanted surprises in the quality of the previous construction, delays beyond the contractor’s control in the delivery of manufactured products, and accidents by even the best-trained, best-supervised, and most conscientious workers. It is essential that the contractor warn the consumer and plan with the client ahead of time for possibilities for delay or difficulty. Consumers should steer clear of any contractor who promises a totally smooth building process.Prestige and Chris Rivas pass those standards with flying colors. All levels of management sprung into action as we encountered various difficulties. The owner of the company visited us personally to assure us of their top to bottom commitment. Operations manager Mike and Installation manager Luis were constantly on site and/or available to us by phone. Chris Rivas promised that he would stay involved in every stage of our project. Many contractors promise the world. Few deliver at the level of Prestige.Lucas was the foreman of the on-site crew, and was outstanding in every respect. What could go wrong? What didn’t go wrong, having nothing to do with Prestige? When product was later than expected in delivery, Prestige informed us regularly of progress on delivery.When the crew started to replace all of the windows and doors in our Florida room, they discovered that the only thing holding up the roof were the old windows and doors. There had been no proper framing or support. All of that had to be made by Prestige and installed before the new windows and doors could be installed. Even though many unexpected problems arose, Prestige and especially Chris Rivas warned us ahead of time. There were some increases in costs, but Prestige kept our cost overruns to a minimum, less frankly than we might have anticipated.Even a few months after we had finished paying in full, Prestige fully honored their guarantees. For example, we had difficulty with the electric locks we had installed in the front and back doors. Prestige made sure that the lock manufacturer repaired the locks in full, to our satisfaction.We are thrilled with the quality of the products Prestige installed, even a few months after their installation. We were delighted by the mature and professional way that we were treated, even though many times we overreacted when things went wrong in the building process. Prestige took care of everything! The ordering process was smooth with my sales rep explaining the different options (and being very patient with us). The installers were excellent and were sure to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. The inspection passed without issue with the inspector saying Prestige always has quality work.

Great job! Although the ordering of the windows took longer than we expected, it did follow the timeline provided in our proposal, so they were spot on with that. From the initial consultation to the process of signing the proposals and scheduling to installation, it all went smoothly. Our job wasnt very big (2 sets of windows in an apartment building) but the entire job was completed in one day. The installer was very nice and respectful and covered and cleaned everything after he was done. It was a great experience, especially after reading reviews for some of the other companies. In a world of broken promises and we never said that policy of conducting business, Prestige was a breath of fresh air. I hired Prestige back in July of 2020. Since they cashed my check, all communication stopped. The product was delayed (installation did not happen until February of 2021, installation was messy (installers left garbage behind), they installed a cracked window in my bathroom and was told the manufacturer would replace the window but God knows when (i have no definite ETA). The windows are missing screw covers and a door handle I ordered and paid for never arrived (with no indication of when they will arrive). I keep calling their office and leaving messages for someone to complete the pending items and I do not get my calls returns. I also called the project manager and I get the run around and tells me he will call back to me, but he doesnt . At this point, the project is not complete although they have been fully paid. I also recently reviewed my contract and invoice and it looks like they incorrectly collected sales tax on a non-taxable sale. I should know; I am a tax advisor. I need someone to call me on this to get the breakdown on my invoice.

They quoted a date they should have the windows delivered and they were on time. The installers came out originally I was told it would be 3 or 4 days to get it all done but they were able to get it all done in 2 days. They worked morning to night no lunch break that I saw. My FPL bill is down, my a/c runs 70% less during the day and it has reduced the sound from outside alot.

I hired Prestige Windows and Doors back in April 2020. Laszlo, the account rep, came by my home and gave a proper presentation of what they offered. He was very forthcoming about the process and the costs involved, he didnt try to sell me on them being the quickest or the cheapest option. In the end, their prices were fairly competitive and the timeline presented was about what I expected. They gave periodic updates during the permit process and had the install date scheduled well in advance. The installation occurred the day after their scheduled date due to an issue with the delivery of some materials. Other than that minor hiccup the installation went as planned. The installers were efficient and left the area clean after finishing. Overall I would recommend Prestige and will likely use them again.

I ordered my windows the 1rst of October 2020. City Permit was not applied for until Dec 16, approved by city Jan 29. Per email i received in January windows will come from manufacture in April 14 and it will take another 2 weeks or more for installation. 6 + months after signing contract and giving deposit maybe or maybe not my windows will be installed. 3 houses in my neighborhood that went with another company way after me already have Impact new windows installed. Prestige measured and installed windows on my house and the project went so perfect, I had them return for my grandmothers house, then my office building and most recently all new windows and doors on my new house! To date we love our new hurricane windows & sliding glass doors. The install crew was very respectful of our needs during this pandemic time. When the job was complete they cleaned up and even came back for the inspection with the city of Tamarac. I had an appointment with them at 2:00pm for an estimate and they did not contact me until 3:30pm to tell me they were running late! Typically if a business is running behind schedule you contact the customer prior to the appointment time not 1 and 1/2 hour later. Very un-professional! Doesn’t look like they wanted my business.

I will contact prestige windows and doors. For me the customer service and the time the representative takes to explain the details and important information about the windows means a lot to me. In 2018, I spoke to Jakob and he provided me with a very good info and great quote. I am ready to begin the process of replacing my home windows and doors and I plan to do the work with this company. I will write a review after the process is complete.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT..... Long delay to submit a permit to the city, 2 different install dates a month apart, I was told a 2-3 day install and ended up to be 5 days, the crew didn’t work on Saturday as I was told they do, had to get a whole new wireless alarm system since my wires were covered over, wires cut or magnets damaged. If only the magnets were damaged it would of been easy. The 2 man install team only had a 2 foot step ladder for a window that was 9 feet tall so they had to use my ladders. From start to finish was 5 months and not the original 3 we were told from the sales rep. I can say the windows are a very good quality but Prestige just does the install and buys from the manufacturer. Not a very Prestigious Company.

The staff (from the staff that measures, the schedulers, order confirmation, permits and even their finance department) are all very professional and they are masters at managing expectations, all with great personable attitudes. Our sales representative (Erica) was a pleasure to work with as well. Her attention to detail and prompt responses are qualities that helped secure our decision. The minor troubleshooting that was needed, were handled promptly by Emilio, who is also a fantastic representative of the company, with a can do attitude with excellent results, as expected from an A+ company. Our project manager assigned was Franco and our window installers name was Alejandro and if I ever did another project again with prestige I would definitely ask for them again. Alejandro was very professional from beginning to end and cover all my belongings for protection. Once he was done in a room he would clean up and was very efficient and attention to detail. Our experience with prestige has been phenomenal and the clean up afterwards was very minimal for us, which was one of our concerns when we started the project.
