What a great phone and service. Im coming from a land line that barely handles call forwarding.In a few easy steps in was able to setup call routing auto attendant rules based on the time of day!Custom message delivered to caller after hours indicating higher charges for after hours support before they proceed.Integration with my cell phone. The ability to send and receive text messages on my work phone line!Im sure there are features I havent even discovered yet!Ray and his team are easy to work with, support is quick to help.I might just be a customer for life!Update 3/18/20:Just had a call from Joshua for a support issue with a three way call.Hes on the ball and knows his stuff.Im extremely happy with the depth of knowledge and support he was able to provide me.A+ on the support department today.Just wanted to let you know my experience with calling in a support ticket.thanks for being awesome!

I have the pleasure of dealing with OIT support team on numerous occasion. This last time I had the pleasure of speaking with Marrisa, who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very professional. She took the time to explain every detail of the issue I was having. She followed up with me after business hours and again this morning to make sure things are working as intended and if she can help in any other way. I’ve always hated VOIP... When I first started working with it many years ago it was because I didn’t understand it and then once I got comfortable with the setups and processes I hated it again because either stuff was out of my budget or there was little to no support. There were times I didn’t want to sell or support VOIP anymore but I kept doing it because I had to.Since we came onboard with OIT, I don’t feel that way anymore - I’m confident we are gonna get timely, knowledgeable support, the service will be running and just that in general “everything is gonna be ok we got this “ kind of feeling.
