Been going to Orthodontic specialist of Florida for approximately 2 years now and my experience has always been great. Kara, Monica, Samantha and the entire staff is always friendly and informative. The office is always clean. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get braces.

I have been a patient of this Orthodontist office for 2 years and I love it so much, I had teeth pulled so that my treatment would be longer 🥰 in actuality I had them pulled because I want to improve my side profile but the work that they do is great! I love how attentive they are to my progress and not just trying to make money off of me. The prices are very reasonable and I’m very satisfied!

Initially I visited the off April of 2018 to CONTINUE work on braces from elsewhere....Dr Palacios was very friendly and immediately replaced the existing work completely with no questions...I lost my job and was unable to make any visits, however, my insurance was still paying visit bills until the insurance lapsed...Fast-forward to 8/9/2019 I was scheduled to come in for re-evaluation (after paying collections) and AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!! Immediately I asked for the Dr to make him aware that the person who originally installed my braces cut between my crowns....HE DEBATED WITH ME AND CONTINUED TO TELL ME IT NEVER HAPPENED (THE STAFF IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED THERE), SHOWING ME PHOTOS OF THE OTHER ORTHOS WORK (HE THOUGHT WAS HIS) WHICH DEFINITELY PROVED MY POINT!!!!! I received no apologies in fact in my opinion I believe he became agitated though he did remain professional....After a year and four months AND A BILL OF $5,000+ I really thought everything would be realigned completely especially for the fact of the time lapse BUTTTTTTT NO....So I then asked if the gold braces can be reset/replaced because a lot has shifted over the time and the discoloring due to my brushing method and AGAIN HE SAID NO BECAUSE TIME WOULDN’T ALLOW but I can do it next visit....I’m writing this not to bash the office but for my own personal records and because the Dr’s backlash to me and unwillingness to accept an error that could possibly cost me an additional $2800 to repair WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED AT ALL BUT REPEATEDLY DISPUTED WITH PICTURES OF WORK SHOWING THAT I CAME IN WITHOUT THE SIDE GAP (HE THOUGHT WAS HIS WORK BUT WAS NOT) CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED (ACCORDING TO DR PALACIOS) TOOTH SHAVING DONE BY HIS EX EMPLOYEE!! I will wait to see what happens but I’m definitely disappointed because I was referred by family and at the least the visit should have been properly handled!!!!!! On another note the STAFF AND OFFICE MGR ARE VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!I CALLED 3 OTHER ORTHO OFFICES WHERE IT WAS COMICAL TO THEM THAT ONLY WIRES WERE REPLACED AFTER REINSTATING A COLLECTION ACCT WITH ALMOST A YEAR AND A HALF OF NO VISITS!!!!! 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️
