Ive had a great experience with The Therapy Labs. Ive been back and forth with therapists in the past for years. I found the right one here. Ive been making a lot of progress. The reviews with one star are from high maintenance individuals because everyone (therapists, staff, even Rosa herself) makes an effort to accommodate YOUR needs. I am grateful for The Therapy Labs :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!I called because I wanted to explore therapy for my son due having a hard time focusing and following directions...I specifically said I wanted a professional to tell me if he had ADHD, ADD or whatever since I am not a doctor and how we could help him. I was told I could come in for an evaluation and theyll tell me the course we could take...the consultation was 1 hour of me talking about him, I was asked a couple of questions about our family and was then told that they are not able to diagnose children, I would have to take him to his PCP so he could refer him to a psychologist (that was the whole reason why I went there on the 1st place) and on top of that I did not see a therapist it was an intern who told me they could do play therapy and somehow that could help him! the assessment was not finished in that one session and they wanted me to come again to finish the assessment(to charge me twice) these therapies are not covered by insurance so after wasting my time, I was charged $100 just for sitting down with an intern to tell me they could play with him and somehow that would help his behavior and focus! the intern girl was sweet but cmon what a waste of money! conclusion: I wasted $100 and an hour of work...if I wouldve gone back to finish the assessment it wouldve been $200 down the drain just to have a conversation...what a rip off...dont waste your money in this place, they will not diagnose your child, they will charge you even for a consultation that gets you nowhere and you will NOT see a professional, you will see an intern....unbelievable...

My first time going to a therapist and by far the worst experience ever. Please go elsewhere. The owner Rosa Barroso is extremely unprofessional and the staff (therapists) are all younger than me and i am only 29! To have a 24-25 year old girl being the one to try to help me was a waste of time. They do not know what they are doing and also denied me help due to lack of knowledge on their end. I can go on but won’t waste anymore time. If you read this please choose another location believe me it is not worth it.

These people are the worst! They have a terrible cancellation policy. When you go there they have a young women attending the clients and I’m not sure if she’s trained to do her job. Don’t go here find another place. They have no consideration for their clients or customers. Very unprofessional. I will never be going here again.

The Therapy Labs offers amazing therapuetic services for a wide variety of clients and the clinic and are exceptional at what they do. They also offer EMDR and hypnosis specialized therapy. I would highly recommend going to The Therapy Labs for any therapeutic services!!
