This company bailed on me with no explanation. A few details: After a major storm tore through my state EE&G left my job and all others as I understand it in my city 5 weeks after the process started. 5 weeks with a (patched) hole in my roof before they forced me to start over with a different contractor, again, with no reason or warning. I had met with their rep/contractor, and was always immediately responsive. The funding based on their own assessment was 100% approved and in place, and the last I heard from them they called me early in the week promising a phone call later in the week where we would go through material selection. This phone call didnt come and about a week late they called and said to the effect of, Sorry, were pulling all jobs. You know how it is. I dont know how it is.From when I first met with them to this point was 5 weeks. 5 weeks of arranging meetings, going through with inspections, dealing with meeting their demands with insurance, and waiting to get my damaged roof repaired and they bailed with no reason. Forcing me out of my place in line.I had the direct line to my contacts. I tried reaching out to see what they had to say. They wouldnt even respond. They might do fantastic work, but know that they might quit a month into the process on a whim.

Excellent service, very responsible, they saved my house. With the issue of covid 19, I was very afraid to hire people to come to my house, but I had a horrible problem with a leak in my bathroom and some friends recommended eeg restoration and I really feel happy with the job. They used all the security measures and that calmed me down and I liked it a lot. I recommend them 100%

Ramsey and his team did an excellent on a recent mold mitigation and rebuild in our bathroom. Even though the insurance company was not cooperating, he and the team stepped up to finish the mitigation and rebuild in record time to keep us up and running. COVID-19 didnt help much since we had to postpone the work (at my request) for a couple of weeks. After that, they jumped right in and worked it thru the weekend to get us repaired.Thanks a lot guys. You done good.

I have not been able to complete my restoration until I settled with Home Depot last summer. So I now will be able to start working with EE&G Restoration again. I am excited since they worked very hard to put my home in containment and helped stop the leaks from the sliders and cleaned up the mold. When I complete the entire process of new floors, walls and ceilings and a chimney....I will be glad to fill out another form.I was treated very well and they came when they say they are coming to work on my home.

Dave and his crew were sent from Heaven Above. Irma killed our AC unit & we are snow birders, so by the time a neighbor discovered the MOLD, it was all over, black, grey and white, covering ceiling, walls, fans, baths, clothing, shoes and even the TV. They responded immediately and scrubbed, disinfected, took stuff to be cleaned and left dehumidifiers and air purifiers to control humidity and scrub the air. A new AC finally came, but they still left all the equipment in place just to make sure. They cleaned up a big mess, left things clean and neat and were most courteous and cooperative throughout. Could not have lived without them.

EE & G Restoration did a very good job of completing the assigned workorder. job, done in a professional way. Because of the weather, the timeof completion was longer than expected, but communication for timelost was handled in a timely matter. I experienced water damage inside my home where pipes burst in my Master bathroom and water leaked everywhere throughout my home. EE&G was recommended by my insurance company. Humberto and Roland came to my home and they both were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed mold caused by the water damage and they took the time to explain what they were doing as they measured, placed machines to remove mold fiber, sealedoff rooms, removing damages throughout the house to removed mold and water damage. .
