Due to COVID now in days you have to make sure to call before you leave the house to go anywhere. I called before leaving the house, the young lady advise we can go in without an appointment. My husband and i both needed finger prints. There was no wait time. We were literally out of there within 10-15 min. You are required to wear a mask if you are planning on going. The place is very neat and staff has phenomenal customer service. I recommend this place!

Called today to find an appointment time for my fingerprints, was told simply to come in with the required documentation. The whole process took 5 minutes, and Cassandra was very helpful throughout. At the end, turns out I required an additional number to make sure I was reporting to the right department, and Cassandra went above and beyond for me, providing me with the phone number to call and locating additional information I may use online. This was top notch customer service by her, and in very thankful for her help. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nice people. Unfortunetly they dont print out FD-258 cards with your prints for FFL or CWL. Would recommend for any other service thou.

I did not have a pleasant experience here, in fact, I lost a great job because of the incompetence of the staff. They sent my prints to the wrong agency when I clearly wrote down for them the ORI#. Human Resources never recieved them. Moreover, they continued to give me the run around and needless, to say, no refund either!Dont risk it!
