I have a law office at Crexent Business Center in Miami Lakes. I have been there for over two years and am very happy. They offer a variety of office spaces of all different sizes and prices. I was able to find one that is perfect for me. The building is very well maintained, and the staff is fantastic. The manager, Marisol, is very pleasant and always available whenever she is needed. The receptionists are also very nice and eager to help in any way they can. Harry with the building maintenance team is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help with anything you may need. The building is very centrally located and always has plenty of parking - which was a big factor for me. Many of my clients have expressed that they are impressed with the building and staff. Today I held a meeting at The Crexent Business Center in Miami Lakes. I was so pleased with the staff. The receptionists were so helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this office for any meetings your office may have in the area. Its a great area with easy access to highways. And ample parking is available. I plan to get an office soon.

I visited the location as the manager Marisol was helpful with assisting me with office spcae. Although they were full at the time the employees were all pleasant. They looked happy and seemed to enjoy their job. I would definitely want to rent there.

Ive had the offices of Aeronautical Systems at the Miami Lakes Crexent Center for a little over three years and can proudly state, it was one of the best business decisions weve made. Location, location, location are always important, but much more so when you can have it all! The added bonuses include, to name a few, professional building presence, a very professional and friendly reception staff, super cleanliness throughout the building, great conference room areas and they are available when you need them too, tenant networking and camaraderie are also highly encouraged by the Crexent staff. I’ve been at this building since 2005. The office staff have always exemplified kindness, courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. The building is well kept. I’ve enjoyed the many events held throughout the years.

Stay clear from renting office space here! The property manager Marisol is far from professional. She will never show face once you rent an office from them. She has lost a complete file with all my personal information including addresses, social and copy of my drivers license and bank card. She lost it not once but twice and will not take responsibility for it;she blames it on corporate.God forbid you choose to file a complaint corporate does not take calls or return calls.There is a woman as a receptionist who if possible is worse than the property manager. She has lost several fed ex packages for my office and given them to other tenants in the building. She also does the same passes the blame on the only good employee they have there which is a receptionist named Sandra.So many times I have had to play manhunt with my packages because nobody seems to care. The bathrooms are filthy and are like this from the morning covered in feces and womans monthly menstrual pads.If you are looking for office space explore your options because this place will just give you a full on headache.

I was very upset with the way I was treated by the property manager. I ended up not renting an office space. The managers attitude was like she preferred that I didnt rent at that office building and kept showing me smaller offices even after I asked to see the larger office. I took it as if she figured I couldnt afford it.
