I was contacted by Pahola to start a job with Ceva last week. She was so eager for me to start and so reassuring that I canceled my interviews with other companies in order to proceed with her offer. She scheduled me for an appointment for me to give her my legal documents and sign documents the next day at 12pm. I made arrangements in my schedule only for her to cancel, stating that she wanted to have lunch at that time. So we agreed on a specific time (1:30pm) to video chat instead. Again I made arrangements and canceled my appointments so I can be ready for her call. She never called and when I contacted her, she stated that she was eating lunch with her manager. I asked her if she was joking with and she said no my manager will contacted you shortly. She explained that I start Monday 100% and that all I needed to do was send her my Ids online which I did, and still no call back, no email no nothing. I spent money buying boots for the opportunity, time for the interview that she never honored and even lost two other opportunities for this job she had for me supposedly. This was on Friday and today is Monday but still no call from neither. I dont know what is going on there but this is very unprofessional. People are trying to work and have bills to pay amidst this pandemic and I dont appreciate my time or money being played with. I had a different opinion about Randstad previously but now I know truly what they stand for. Stay away from there if possible. Thank you and God bless 🙏🙏

Randstad advertise that will pay you $150 bonus after finishing training and $150 for production, plus $100 every week. Ive completed the training been with them 5 weeks still no bonuses. Everytime you ask about the bonus its a new lie, so I quit. They lie to wheel you into work an assignment, so they can satisfied the needs of the client, which is evolving door company, and they do not care about paying bonus because they can use same method to wheel someone else in, until they quit. I cant work for a company I cant trust with my pay.Dont work for Randstad.

On Friday, I called this company after I received their missing call. One employee picked the phone up, asked me what is your job position?, I told him or her data entry. This employee told me you cant work the data entry with the reception because you are DEAF, you cant work the warehouse position because you are DEAF, I was very upset with him or her please DONT comment the negatively things against the DEAF people. The 3 persons on the special phone was me, the employee and the interpreter for the deaf people. So, I can work the data entry, I have the great experience with it.

Very Disappointing because it started out so positive. I got a call from a Shawn Codner telling me that he had the perfect position for my background; I read the job description and agreed. I informed him that I am looking for work because my current temp position is coming to a close. He knew the urgency and simply did not care. After expressing interest in the position he was offering for an interview, Shawn said we would soon touch bases; I never heard from him again. Im not even concerned about the job anymore as its the professionalism -- or lack thereof -- that should be a concern for anyone seeking employment through this agency.

They are extremely difficult to reach. I went to look for work here at different years and its the same thing over and over. I never leave reviews but I needed a piece of paper filled out that was crucial for my family and its been over a week and I have had no response from them. I have been patient but the way I have been treated and dismissed has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never recommend using this company.I have worked with the Randstad in Virginia and they were superb. This branch needs new staff completely. Really disappointed.

The place should be closed down. They take your social over the phone ask you to come in and don’t even have position available. They lie to have you come in and get your urine and then don’t have a position. I’m calling the BETTER BUSINESS B... One of the worst agencys Ive ever been to. Bad customer service. The workers were 30 mins late. I was standing OUTSIDE for them to open even though they open at 8. She told me my resume was literally trash and she told me that she couldnt find me anything, but its okay because I went to affinity resources and they found me a job the next day. The lady handling me was called Glenda. WASTE OF TIME.

I try hard not to do things like this.... but its very disappointing and dont understand how Randstad can have people like this under their name. Go to Kforce they will help if not travel and look for another Randstad. I have gone before with Marisol in bluelgoon miami, amazing person! And so is Glenda from Doral branch, but here the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE. First of all they yell out prices from one person to another while clients are listening. They try to have minimum contact as possible with the people. CLARA has to ask twice to 2 different men their to play a video because one of them couldnt care less and picked the phone to dial after she asked to help second time as Ifar to let her know he didnt want to. After they make you fill out paperwork... they sit you in a small room to watch a video about warehouse precautions....which I have NEVER had to in the other 2 Randstad branches..... and after you waste 20 minutes... they just ask if you have 100% knowledge of ONE job they have open and if you dont, they dont even look for more... they take your resume and tell you they will call which they never do. Atleast in the other Randstad I leave feeling secure,confident, and hopeful. HERE they wont even ask you what you know, help with resumes, or let alone give you more than 5 minutes per person because they are too busy talking about the sandwhich they had at 100 montaditos in mainstreet. DO NOT GO.

My husband went over there yesterday for an interview. They separated the spanish from the blacks. I am a spanish woman and for my husband to tell me that he was feeling uncomfortable and judging him from the outside instead of the inside is just wrong. Thats why racist still exist. I hope the head boss/owner reads this and understand how I really feel but if you dont have any feelings about this then I see what type of business your running. My husband is a hardworking man just trying to take care of his family. Also he had wanted to take the drug test but the lady told him not to take it just in case he fails it means you are already assuming something. How is it that you guys are supposed to help people look for a job but instead your job is to judge a book by its cover.

Do not come looking for a job. The receptionist is very rude and kept giving me looks while waiting. This is by far, one of the WORST places to look for a job. Do not waste your time, they only take your resume and shred it in front of your face while they say call us later if you dont get a call back within a month. Disgusting and so disappointing.

I been with you guys for almost a year now and all staffing agents Has been wonderful! I came across one agent by the name of Pahola yesterday, if I depended on this individual I would of probably be doomed. I called her the first time she answered the phone and hung up in my face in less than 10 seconds. I called back numerous of times And no answer, I emailed her back regarding a positioning she sent me still no response. I noticed a bad review regarding her being unprofessional so I know this isn’t a coincidence. She’s making the company look bad. Other than that I did get help from another agent and I was able to find a positioning less than 10 minutes with the other agent.
