Awful service, deceptive practices. Charge $10 for garbage pallets even when you bring your own to exchange. Wrap expensive merchandise like a child from a kindergarten, only one round in the middle of a heavy and tall pallet. They charge if you want them to do a decent job. Never had issues with Freight Forwarders before and have been in business for over 30 years.
