I have used David many times,( at least 10-15 different cruises) and the benefit is always having someone to call, wether to make changes, upgrade, change dinner, make excursions plans or anyhting else, he picks up the phone and solves your problems. I found it much easier than calling the cruise line getting someone who doesnt know your situation and has to start from scatch to help you.I also found that he always gets me the best price available, notifying me when the the prices drop. Definitely reccommend the service.
