Low quality consulting firm that seeks to help get you hired and steal some of your profit. The woman who interviewed me was doing fine until she was emotionally triggered that I said I have around 2-3 years in some easy .net language, then said I would not be qualified because it says 4. I said Is this a joke?, guess she really was serious! (turns out, I have a certificate that shows just over 4 years, in the exact thing said I did not have; and self taught C, so C#/.Net is easy). Pretty much the summary of this company.She had initially explained that she could pass me ahead to the interview staff, for more interviews, then to the official client, so her thinking Id not be able to prove my worth in the next apparently 2 or 3 interviews (from what they described it), after failing herself, was frankly, ridiculous. After I emailed her the MSCD certificate which in this case was was exactly 4 years ago she was triggered and emailed back with virtue signaling with the dismissive idea that I am now not fitting into corporate culture; even though she had said the reason was I needed the extra year. It makes me think this is one of those companies smart people make fun of that post odd job postings and want years of exp for no reason, and likely think they are the best 3 star IT company ever just like the ones right across the street that mainly makes $ consulting for others. The way I was emailed/spoken too by the end was as if I had just missed out on joining a CIA job that would pay me 200k a year and propel my life forward.With this type of consultant, they think they never fail. They take too long to make results, and try to block/stop others from getting ahead. I was only mentioning that its a stereotype that a woman who is not that important thinks you do something wrong and then it effects you negatively. Not a good look for a professional place! Then to chastise about no discrimination and such when you are in your own office/company and professionally failing at your job.. just WOW.-- some full stack dev
