Excellent service from “Maids Over Miami.” I hired this service to clean my mother’s house. My mother was very pleased and happy with the results. I was apprehensive as my mother is demanding when it comes to her house and its cleanliness. The young lady who worked arrived exactly at scheduled time and was receptive to my mother’s requests for cleaning. So much so my mother told me she only wants this young lady to return to clean.Owner of business is very professional and honest. The Maids went above and beyond! I am so pleased with the outcome of my tiny little place on a fourth floor walk up mind you. I got a first time deep cleaning along with my carpets cleaned. The carpet ended up looking almost as good as new and my place felt and smelled pristine. Nothing broken or moved where is should not have been. The cleaning staff were very friendly and understood my rugs needed special treatment due to a long haired kitty. I highly recommend The Maids Over Miami for any cleaning needs you have

I needed someone to come in last minute because another cleaning service canceled on me the day I reserved to have a maid to come in and maids Over Miami sent me a wonderful maid in less then 2hours! She was pleasant and fast was still able to do other things that needed to get done on my day off!! I will be using maids over Miami from now on ...once a week!

Been using this cleaning company for 2 years now I have a weekly cleaning. This company far exceeds my expectations. They have been there for me in emergency situations. We had a move-in cleaning scheduled for today in Coral Springs. We were told that our maid would show up between 9-10 AM. Well we waited until 10:15 before calling the company to see where our maid was. It turns out that she could no longer come due to car trouble and they asked if we could reschedule. I would have at least appreciated a phone call lettnig us know rather than waiting to find out for myself by calling. We have movers scheduled for tomorrow and were expecting to have our house cleaned and ready today. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
