I rent from Enterprise just about monthly, different size vehicles and for different time frames. Ive never had an issue with the location or the staff. Although sometimes the service can be a bit slower than others, its all attributed to the demand at the time but the customer service is never bad. The quoted amount is always the amount Im charged. The fact that I get a great discount through my employer plus the convenience of the location - I will only rent from here. The only suggestion would probably be that the location needs more reps as it is the busiest if not one of the busiest in the area.

5 stars for the people who work here bc its not their fault when it comes to inventory. I believe, Brittny, and another manager (cool dude maybe late 30s), really try and appease all customers and get people in and out as fast as possible. Everyone there hustles and you can tell its a good environment. Again not their fault when it comes to inventory or amount of staff .There are two wash stations and those guys move cars like clock work, but the demand at this place gets wild. Enterprise should give more resources to this location.

Almost every time I come here they never have cars available. They dont even bother giving you a courtesy call to let you know they have no cars and to save your time. Very inconsiderate. Two stars because i have been lucky before and got a car here and it wasnt a bad rental. Always a huge risk getting a reservation with these guys. Your plans might get ruined.

If i could gave -5 starts i will. Worse experience ever. They gave me the car dirty and smelling of smoke even with it had the sticker of no smoking. I dont smoke so i had to buy air freshener and also clean it with wipes because it had sticky food where you put the glasses. The mat was stained. I tried to call several tines to this location to report the issue and and they just hang up the phone. I called from different phones. I went to 2 nearby locations to report it and they told me not to worry about it i also spoke to the airport manager location and he said the same. At the end they charge me about $80 that should have been charged to the previous client or that location that did not properly clean it before give it to me.

Service is really slow at this location. Its the Closest one to me but Ill Definitely be avoiding it going forth. The employees surely dont make the wait worthwhile, they seemed more upset to be there then I was. Line was out the door...zero star rating!!!

Nice staff and good services the car was excellent almost new clean and sanitizer,they left inside a Clorox wipe, if you want feel more comfortable you can clean inside with that.

My experience was regular we wait 2 HOURS for our car becasuse there was no car and they leave you there waiting and waiting the staff is always hiding maybe they dont know what else to tell you the car i reserved was not there so i took another one and im happy with that thats the only good thing i can say and is for the car not the staff i hope these change

Terrible car was reserved 3 hrs. before arriving and vehicle was not ready for pick up. Business closed to early for drop off so had to return on following day. This location does not communicate well within their team. I’ve spoken to at least 2 other people before actually “getting somewhere”. Customer service is very poor and when you’re on the phone with them to tell them about a situation, they’re cutting you off and having a whole conversation with someone else. I don’t normally leave reviews but this transaction was horrendous.

Do not expect vehicle type to be the same type you reserved. Normally when the type of vehicle reserved is not available, you receive an upgrade or an equivalent since a reservation is a commits two parties and at this Enterprise location one party is failing.I reserved a mid-size SUV due to a transportation emergency, when I get to pick up the SUV came to find out that it was not available. The options were either a mini-van or a small pick-up truck. As I am already deeply disappointed, I agreed to accept the mini-van and as I turned the mini-van was also given to another customer right in front of me. Now I did not have any option, it was either take the pick-up or nothing despite my reservation.I mentioned to the Enterprise representative that I could not drive that type of vehicle due to back injuries during the war in Iraq with the US Army. Small pick-up trucks are not designed to be a smooth ride, their suspension is rough versus those of passenger vehicles. That bumpy ride really destroyed my week plans since I had to cancel previous commitments and get on muscle relaxers. The only good side of this awful experience was that the Assistant Manager offered a free upgrade for my next rental, but why would I return to a place where I pay for something I do NOT want or should not use in this case.I am a loyal customer for that reason I visit this location for all my rental needs and used to recommend them to family and friends. Everything is different now, maybe is a management change or something else but whatever it is, is not meeting customers expectations, specially when there is a reservation that suppose to commit all parties involved.

This location is so unprofessional. Been trying all morning to extend my mother’s rental. They answer the phone and constantly hangs up in my face. Today is the last day for the rental. My mother and I are working so we won’t be able to go in today since we get off at the time they close. If the location is busy, place customers on hold. It’s very rude to hang up on clients they pay alot of money for rental. Very unsatisfied

If I could give them no stars I would. I don’t like to give negative reviews this is the first, but people needs to know. This place customer service, employees, and management is horrible. My last rental a month ago suppose to be a 15 passenger van. I was given a 12 passenger van and didn’t know until I loaded everyone in the van and we didn’t have enough room. Then I call and spoke to the manager of the facility he stated they have no more 15 passenger vans and there’s nothing he can do and had the audacity to tell me the cost of the 12 passenger van is the same as the 15 passenger. That is a lie. I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance and to get there they snuck a 12 passenger van on me. He stated once I finish with the van he will give me a discount. When we took the van back we had to pull teeth to get somewhat a discount. This is not the first time they provided horrible customer service, but this will be the last time I will use Enterprise. We normally rent two 15 passenger vans for the entire summer. Never again. I’ve had roaches in the van, oil light on, ac vents missing, and the list goes on.

Miami Lakes Automall sent me over to Enterprise for a rental. The manager “Rodrigo Villaran” was very helpful. However, he gave me a car with an expired tag. My car was towed from my condo due to the expired tag. I missed a day of the rental, plus $155.00 to recover the vehicle. I came to return the car, and expressed this matter to the assistant manager. She asked me for for the towing receipt which I threw away of how upset i was that i had to go thru this. However, i did have the email from the towing company when the car was towed 07/02/21. This was a huge inconvenience, and I don’t believe it was handle properly by the manager. As he said the cops should know it’s a rental and it doesn’t matter that the tag is expired. Please make sure to check car registration before leaving the location you rent from.

Customer service was great. However, I booked a van in advance for my family’s spring break get away. When I went to the car rental company to pick up the van it wasn’t available, and there was nothing they could do, but give me a smaller vehicle. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they let you book a vehicle, knowing it’s not available. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional of their corporate office. It’s there fault the vehicle I booked wasn’t available. They need to fix this problem, because this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Please address this issue corporate. During peak seasons get more vehicles in and satisfy your customers. Thank you.

My overall experience with my rental car from Enterprise a (Winder, GA) was great! However, where I drop-off my car at this location (Hialeah/Miami Lake), the staff here at the Hialeah/Miami Lake location were awful! DO NOT DROP OFF HERE!***Staffs here were unfriendly and rude! The instructions were not clear on where to drop off for the return, it was very confusion. I parked at a spot and a staff just walked by me and said Please move your car right now and park over there! With no greetings and friendliess whatsoever! Once I got out of the car, the rep came over (after a brief wait time.) he was doing some final checks for the vehicles, he said everything was fine, but he kept asking me why I made the floor dusty with dirt, I tried to explain to him, we had the car for two weeks, and it was rainy during our rental period, and the car had no floor mat to begin with, the rep. kept on asking Did you get your car like that when you first pickup the car, right,? No? Right?, I replied, Are we supposed to clean and vacuum the floor before we return? He said No!, but he went on kept saying we arent supposed to leave the floor dirty. RUN THE OTHER WAY...You are better off walking or taking Uber than coming here.I rented a car in this specific location, the management honestly does not give a single [email protected] me if this is fair, I get in the car and:1- Required Serviced Due Lights On. They asked me to take it in for service myself if I wanted the rental. Are you joking?2- Burnt Brake Lights, unsafe vehicles.3- Filthy Dirty car. I took it back twice for them to clean, all they did was spray air fresheners inside. The glass was so dirty and nasty you couldn’t see thru the mirrors at night. There were pieces of food and debris from the last client that had the truck.4- Horrible smoke stench inside.5- Windshield washer tank was BONE dry.

Usually a good experience with Enterprise. This time the car I rented wasnt available so I took the truck they offered. It was dirty and smelled inside. Fuel was on empty with the fuel light on before I left the parking lot. I needed a few extra hours as my flight was changed so I called the 800 number and they said it wasnt a problem just to call the store front I rented at. When I called I was told I would need to pay for another day.

Negative stars.Absolute Chaos. I absolutely would have not committed to this location if I would have read the reviews. It doesnt matter if youve been waiting in line for over three hours! There is no organization and anyone can just walk up and get theyre attention and guess what?? You just got skipped....multiple times. The line is useless since they dont follow any order. Seems to be survival of the fittest. The new low-touch rental process they claim is a joke after youve been in line like a herd of cows next to each other for hours and not enforcing facial coverings whatsoever.Beware if you have an insurance claim where you think you wont have to pay for your own rental and multiple fees upfront and are then told to take it up with your insurance yourself. Dont even bother to ask for a non-smoking car. They drown the cigarette smell out with cheap perfume.Definitely go elsewhere please.

Reserved a car for 9 am, waited 1 hour only to be told the vehicle I reserved was not available at the moment. I returned at 12 noon to pick up the vehicle drove 5 miles and the low oil indicator came on. I went back to the location their response was the car was good for another 900 miles and they could give me the phone number for roadside assistance incase anything happened.

Great customer here! Both Danny and Chris were extremely helpful when I came to pick up my car.The 4 stars is because of Enterprise’s lack of flexibility as a company. I’d used my state discount to reserve a car. Once I got there, I couldn’t use my bank card because they don’t do business with Enterprise because of prior fraud issues with the company.I would have appreciated the flexibility of being able to have someone else pay for it or the ability to be able to add them as a driver. Especially since I’d already verified my employment and what have you. Because that is my only bank account, I had to have my mom rent the car for me and naturally had to pay more. Anyway to get more money out of you, right.Other than that my experience with this location was very smooth and greatly appreciate the level of customer service from Danny and Chris.

I have to say this was one of the lesser experiences I have had with car rentals. There were multiple points during the trip where I had to waste half my day to ensure the vehicle was in operating conditions. Conditions that should never be handled by the rentee, but by the entity that is renting out the vehicle.Right off the bat there was the smell of smoke in the vehicle that was brushed aside, I was not intending on having children in the vehicle so I chose to move forward rather then wait for another vehicle.On the third day, with the car sitting in my driveway, I pulled out and the undercarriage was hanging and dragging on the ground. I immediately put my planned events to the side and took the vehicle to the location that I got the vehicle from. I arrived and was told to head to a location completely opposite of where I needed to be and that the auto shop would handle it. I am wasting my time to fix an issue that should never have popped up.The very next day, I park in the downtown area to handle some matters, and I arrive back to the vehicle with a citation for expired tags. They expired 6/20, I rented in 11/20. That leads me to believe that maintenance that may have been needed could have been pushed to the side for the better part of half a year.I again took time out of my day to return to enterprise and ask for rectification. I was told that it was not an issue, that the bill would go to them and I was good to go. That is not the correct response, I am driving a vehicle that is illegally on the road, and a police officer will not mind putting it on my record had I been pulled over.I requested a new vehicle with up to date tags, then was told to hold on for the better part of 2 hours. I kindly asked when I would be able to swap vehicles and asked if there was a better time, I was told another hour and half maybe.I cannot in good faith recommend enterprise to another service member of the military for the reasons described above. I was home for a week and the trip was cast with shadows thanks to this experience.Hopefully this helps those on the fence on who they should rent from.

I was involved in a hit and run. Had to rent a car cuz I had doctors appointments. This location was the closest. I started off with a very tall gentleman that was rude he disappeared and another lady showed up and she wasnt much better. Because of wearing the mask and in a repair shop I couldnt hear. I got a phone call on Friday asking if the car was going to be returned they didnt inform me it had to be returned the same time I took it out. I also was returning it to Enterprise at Gunther Mazda in fort Lauderdale and they looked at me like I was crazy. Gunther Mazda Enterprise treat you with respect and the one on red road doesnt know even what the word means

For some reason There is always an issue at the Enterprise on167th st and 57th ave in Miami lakes. No matter how early you a make a reservation and how specific you are about the type of car you would like to rent there is always something. The specific type of car is not there or there are no cars there at all. The staff is not the friendliest and there seems to be a lot of turnover there over the past few years. They do try to make sure they put you in a vehicle, but as of late it seems like the staff feels like theyre doing you a favor by putting in an alternate vehicle rather than providing the service that they were hired to provide.

I had previously rented here before and was very satisfied. But this last reservation I get there and they were completely sold-out and didnt even offer to accommodate me and they were low on staff. So I called a few minutes later to see if they will have any availability later on and the staff member that answered the phone suggested for me to go and wait there all day to see if theres any return and as I was speaking she hung up on me. Im very disappointed and seriously wouldnt rent from them again . I was kind and I understand it isnt all their fault but the customer service was the worst I ever experienced.

I have reserved 2x from this place and still left with no car. first appt back in january they had a lot full of cars and I waited over 2.5 hrs for a suppose reserved car i had reserved for noon! Second time was just a few weeks ago. There was no cars in the lot and I had reserved a car a mth ago! i was told i needed to wait with others that were just walk ins! so i asked whats the purpose of having a reservation if u will not respect it?! i was told that i needed to just wait as the cars came in. Never going back to this location. Staff is super unfriendly, not helpful and beyond slow! there is ALWAYS a line out the door. Dont even deserve the 1 star!

Good service, yet horrible experience. Miami lakes auto mall across the street (horrible place for service or to get a new car) promised to pay my rental car while mine was getting fixed, I still had to pay out of pocket for underage drivers fees, then after three months of non payment from the dealership enterprise charged me for the entire rental (3 months later) even though on the receipt they were billing Miami lakes auto mall, now I have to get my money from useless Miami lakes auto mall.

Had a reservation for a 12 passenger van for 2 months. The day of pickup for the reservation; I was told they didnt have any vans. Bad management. Im going to the airport from here on out. Thats was bad management!11/28- just check your reservations from Friday. It should let you know what was rented or not. Dont have time to waste.

I am not sure what is going on with Enterprise recently. I am posting this review because I had enough. I always rent vehicles as I am an Enterprise Plus member (Doral 3 stores, Miami Airport and Miami Lakes), but lately I have issues at all agencies such as no cars even with reservations, dirty vehicles, non well maintained vehicles. Lately, I made a reservation for a SUV, when I got to the agency there were no available vehicles as usual (reservation at 3pm, arrived at 2:30p and left a 4:30p). I had to wait 2 hours to get a vehicle that a person quickly returned with a smoking smell (It was the only car available for my reservation category). As soon as I left the agency the display stated that a tire needed air. I put the air then air again and again during my trip. I returned the car 2 days after. During the returned, I explained the associate that I was not happy with the car and explained about the tire, the maintenance it needs and the smoking smell. He did not even say We apologize for the inconvinient. He was like - sign here and I will send the receipt to your email-. I signed and grabbed an Uber. Honestly, I was not looking to get any money back. I have used Enterprise for 4 years with a minimum of 20 cars rented yearly but right now for me it does not worth the money neither time. I will use my two free car day that I have earned and leave to a different rent car agency. It was a pleasure Enterprise.

Terrible service very unprofessional I give them negative 5 stars that is how terrible they are - we made reservations for a 12 passenger van with 2 months in advance called several times to confirm and they said everything was good and the reservation was made for 12/28/20 for 12Pm we started calling that morning at 9:00 am to make sure we had a car and made a few calls after that just to tell us at 12:15 pm that they didn’t have any Van for us. I was so upset and disappointed and they didn’t offer a solution they had an attitude like they didn’t care even the supervisors didn’t help. I will never ever ever recommend this company on the contrary I will tell them how bad they are and how they left my husband hanging with no van for our vacation that was planned over 2 months ago. So my father rented a vehicle at enterprise at Miami lakes location, we came in two different cars at the time of returning the rental, I was a few feet away from my dad but we were having a conversation, I was smoking a cigarette as a young woman comes to inspect the vehicle and tells my dad that everything looked ok but the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and therefore she would not return the $50 dollars deposit, my dad explained to her that it’s impossible since he doesn’t smoke how could the car have a smell of smoke? She responded : well there’s ashes everywhere. This was just a quick technique to rob an elderly man from $50 dollars guys only because she saw me smoking cigarettes she assumed that my dad did as well, when she saw me coming in a different car. I will not rent a vehicle at enterprise again and will not recommend anyone else.

The administrative staff are courteous and professional at Enterprise in Miami Lakes. The vehicle service department needs to improve. When I picked up my vehicle it was completely out of gas. Below empty. And the tire pressure readings were way off. I immediately had to go to a gas station, for fuel and air. Every time I started the vehicle there was a message to change the oil. Even though the vehicle ran fine all week, the lack of maintenance was unsettling. I will continue to patronize this location as it is convenient and the front office staff are great. My fifth star will come when the pit crew gets up to speed.

I arrived at 3:03 pm at this location and they say they close at 3 pm but the door has a diferent hours. The guy in the front desk open the door and with a rude attitude say we are closed. When i asked for the door sign he say at the internet is until 3 pm. This location is a really bad one. Stay away... they have a super bad attitude with the clients.

My reservation was for 12:30 and when I arrived I was told that they did not have the car that I reserved which was a standard model. They were going to give me an intermediate model because thats all that had available and that they would discount my rental since it wasnt the car I reserved. Then all of a sudden they had a standard car available ( I guess whoever had a reservation before me reserved a standard car as well but opted to get something else instead) so they told me they would give me that one and I said ok. They advised that it needed to be washed and then it would be ready, I said ok. So the car is wash ( which looked like all they did was spray the car with just the water hose). I did the inspection of the car and so did the person from Enterprise. There were some scratches and what not that I saw and he advised that was documented. I also asked if he checked the tire pressure and he advised yes the tires are in good shape. So I signed the contract which at that time was 1:28. Got in the car and looked at the dashboard and noticed that the tire pressure notification showed that both passenger tires were low. Well what do you know the back tire had a nail in it smh!!. So the same guy saw it as well and at that point I was done. All they could do for me is offer to send me to a tire shop some where to have the tire patched up and they would reimburse me and give me one free day off of my rental. I said fine. The sad part about it is that my purpose in renting the car was to drive to Jacksonville to attend my Grandfathers wake and because of the delay with the rental issues I ended up missing it because we got there too late.. Then on my way back to return the car I get a call from Enterprise asking if I was planning to return the car or if I needed to extend the rental because my reservation was for 12:30. I advised the person that my contract didnt start until 1:28 when I picked it up and that I was on my way. The nerve!

I had a small compact car, I asked one of the reps if I could upgrade to a bigger car, not only did they upgrade me, they gave me a dodge caravan, for the same price as the compact car!! However, The person who made the difference for me was Chris, OMG he did everything right and went above and beyond to made my experience super. I booked an intermediate rental vehicle two weeks prior to my one-way trip from Miami to Tallahassee for pick-up at 9am on a Sunday morning. Due do COVID, the lobby was closed to patrons and we had to join a line outside in the vehicle bay. After waiting for an hour, I wad informed that they didnt have my requested vehicle class but they would upgrade me for the inconvenience; which I thankfully accepted. The rental process was simple and I was given a very comfortable 2020 Nissan Rogue. When I got home to load my luggage, I tried everything to open the trunk liftgate but the switch, remote and manual opening did not work. I returned to Enterprise to see if I was doing something wrong but they couldnt figure it out either. They offered to switch out the rental but I was already running way behind schedule and I could just fold down one of the back seats to load the trunk. The drive was the most comfortable Ive experienced yet. I would highly recommend the Nissan Rogue for long road trips with the family. Extremely economical with comfort and safety features! Enterprise had after-hours drop off which was appreciated as I just had to park in the lot and put keys in a drop-box. Even with the delay, my overall experience with Enterprise was still exceptional. Thank you!

If I just could give 0 ⭐. I made a reservation and rented the car online 3 days before pick up the car. When I arrived they did not have the car I rented available. They said they were overbooked (I dont get the meaning of having a website to make reservations if they are always overbooked). Anyways, after almost 2 h waiting and too much talking they gave me a car at 6:35pm. The car looked.... great! I told myself this is too good to be true.. Well, guess what?. They gave me a damaged car. We realized or it the next day. We had to look for a store to buy coolant since it was running out of it. We stopped the car in the middle of nowhere waiting for the car to cool down and administered the coolant. The left rear tier was out of air almost flat as well. I assure you that car havent had maintenance for a long time. Ohhhh what a trip! Thanks Enterprise!Then the day I returned the car. I brought with me the coolant receipt just as ROAD SIDE ASSITANCE told me to do. I returned the car at 7:30 am when they opened. I was overcharged and they did not applied the coolant discount. I realised immediately and told to Arturo ( the one who received the car). He told me he was the team manager and I will get a discount and he assured me the final payment were $139.00, that I need to wait a few hours for the system to update. Guess what?, it was a lie. He actually charged me $214 of $ 160 that was the initial amount of the agreement. It was an unauthorized charge I told him not to do it, but he did it anyways and then told me lie. They a are very unprofessional company. Now, I am dealing with this issue but, I will make this right, even if I need to go to social media, newspapers of TV channels.

I had an awesome experience with Enterprise rent-a-car. They drove me from the dealership and got me in a car in no time. When the rental was over I was able to leave the car at the dealership and they picked it up. They quickly refunded me the balance due for the days that I didnt use the rental. Great job Enterprise!!!

1 hour to give me my car, after I was late for work they offered protection to which they never specified it was per day, when I went to return the car they were like “it’s $235, that’s the total and that’s it” I proceeded to tell them that I was never told that I was going to be charged per day and the customer advocate was like “uhm maybe you were on a rush, it is on the contract” of course I was on a rush I had to get to work and had been waiting for an hour. Very rude personnel.

This Branch will do anything for Money. My elderly parents went to pick up a car through the insurance and all they had was an SUV available and they said that my parents had to pay for the taxes. We agreed and asked when smaller car would be available to exchange the car, so that the insurance would pay fully. They told us to come back 3 days later. My parents went back 3 days later and exchanged the SUV for a car that they gave them and said the price and taxes would all be included. They would not have to pay any taxes or additional charges and their credit card would be adjusted. Since I did not go with my parents and they are in their 80s, They were told they did not need any paperwork or change of contract only to sign that they received another car and all the info was in the computer. Three weeks later my parents received the credit card statement and they were billed for taxes the full 24 days. They should have only been billed for 3 days of taxes not 24. I went with my parents to the location and the Assist Branch Manager said there are no notes in the system stating all cost including the taxes were covered in the notes. It is very very said that a company will not credit my elderly parents that live on a fixed income because a representative from the branch did not add the notes and provide them with another contract. Unfortunately you cannot trust the people working there. They lie and trick the elderly just to make a few more pennies.

DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID RENTING FROM HERE. I wish there were no stars. The dont deserve not even 1. This place is not reliable at all, made a reservation a week ahead and when I got there they did not have any minivans available and could not guaranteed me one either today before they close. After I waited almost 1 hour to get to the counter, there were about 20 african american employees laughing and joking, but a line of at least 15 customers and only 1 person at the counter. Worst customer service ever, the lady that spoke to me did not even try to help. It has to be Miami Dade county. Never again will I rent from Enterprise Rent A Car.

Stay away from this rental place. Worst customer service, i make a reservation, when i shows up for pick it up my van, they give my reservation van to another person of front of me, they said, sorry was a mistake, just apologize, apologize but not solutions.. DONT RENT FRONT THIS SITE!!!!

Slow service. My pick up time was 11:30 am and I didnt leave with my vehicle until 12:15. Very un Profesional. After the delay they handed me the keys to a un washed car. With COVID-19 happening this is not the correct thing to do. All vehicles should be cleaned before giving to a customer. When I went back to speak to them on the matter I was told to now wait even longer for them to clean it. I asked the manager if he could accommodate me in another vehicle and he flat out said no and wait for it to be cleaned. I will never be renting another vehicle from enterprise again. I will now looking to renting with AVIS OR HERTZ

After 45 minutes of waiting and being told I had a reservation. I was ultimately told that I couldn’t be helped even though I had an appointment scheduled through Geico. It’s not surprising the ratings are so low for this location. I witnessed them collect information from multiple individuals and do the same exact thing. Disgusting to say the least.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!! I requested a rental they reserved my spot and took a deposit, The lady called me 30 mins before I was supposed to get my rental and said “ we don’t have Any cars for you I’ll call you when we do” then hung up !! First off, I did make a reservation however, a almost didnt get a vehicle. They didnt have enough cars at the time so several customers had to wait while cars were brought grim other locations. I do appreciate the effort in trying to get all customers in a car. But there was no real guarantee that I was gonna have a car even with my reservation. Waiting outside for about 25 was kinda uncomfortable as it was very hot. The other issue I had was the fact that the trunk for the car didnt open.. I wasnt tought when we did the walk thru but it was late and all the other cars Ive rented always have a button on the key. This one didnt.. I googled it.. and tried to do what the video said several times my daughter as well and we couldnt get it open sucks because we went to the grocery store and had to load everything on the floor and back seat... I was very disappointed with the vehicle I got...

The car I rented was not cleaned (amidst a pandemic, no less). I flew into the area due to my sisters sudden and expected death, so I had no time to drive back to rental office. In addition, I called FOUR times explaining that I needed to drop off rental at airport, instead of the pick-up office, but each time I called airport office, I was told the the office from which I rented vehicle, needed to fax/approve. On the actual day of my flight, I spoke to the original office and then I was notified that because it was a FORD FUSION, the airport would not be able to accept it as ENTERPRISE has an agreement with FORD Dealers. Unacceptable service.

I stood online for 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the van I reserved 2 weeks priors and that it was going to be hours before they could maybe get one for me but I was welcome to try other enterprise location myself so I drove around for 2 hours desperately looking for a van at any enterprise to end up having to call a friend to help me because no one had the van they agreed to have for me weeks prior. Later on after picking up my family with my friend’s car i drop them off to continue to find a van and they happened to receive one at the 441 location when i go pick it up enterprise tells me my reservation expired because I didn’t pick up my vehicle on time (the one they didn’t have) and it was gonna cost me $600 more dollars. What yall think?

I have been waiting here 2 hours for a car, they have pass in front of me 2 people, really bad service, Dont come to this location, if you can go to a better place is best to, dont waste your time here... bad mood to start my trip

F | There are VERY few places that I have given an F rating to and as you can see from my profile Im a premier reviewer with over 4k places visited. This place NEEDS a crash course on quality and customer service.Lets start from the basics Enterprise is known as the company that picks you up this location almost never picks you up because they are busy which starts from the beginning of the day til the end. Try and call them and get a pickup they wont be available.Alongside disregarding the core principles of the company, I waited in the showroom literally for two hours there was no line, the people were forced to make up the rules it was a mini Havana in there.Each customer helped was told some disappointing news as they were returning cars and they would have to wait for 30+ minutes to 2 hours to return a car or they made a reservation and they would have to wait 1+ hours AND they only had SUVs.Lastly Ive been to several Enterprise locations and for the most part if there is an insurance claim its as simple as saying your reservation number, paying with your card to deposit and getting your car. Here for that you need a utility bill, internet bill, or phone bill and after providing that I have Google as my internet provider the woman says she cant accept that because they arent large enough as if its for her to decide. I provided the required documents. I also showed my current insurance bill which had all the required information and she couldnt accept that. Very poor customer service overall, from the lackluster nature of the employees to the overall selection.And yes my pick is the entire staff just chilling and conversing in the back. This store is really the definition of lack of management and maintenance.Hire more people, get new people, and have a larger fleet of vehicles. Its quite simple to address these concerns. I have already contacted Enterprise Care, so no thanks to the stock message.
