Today I made my 10th call to them in the last month for some issues with the taxes they had done for me in the last 2 years.The answer is always the same, everybody is busy, we will call you backThat never happens, no call back,.The only call I receive from them is to set up an appointment for New Taxes. IncredibleHope they return this last call and clarify me whats going on with my 2019 taxes.

If i could give them a 0 star review i would! At the beginning i felt they were doing a good job but since December they just stop working on my credit i call they always booked me an appointment by phone but no one ever call if there providing a service they sould be in top of there job and i call to cancel my appointment and the employee didn’t even bother to ask why i was canceling i would never recommend this place to anyone don’t even lose your time

I stop their services as I saw that my credit was not improving. Afterwards, On several times I have requested Zillie to stop billing my credit card, but She continues to do so and upon checking i just realize again that she has billed my credit card over 500 dollars.I have requested to speak to Lemay the owner, but have been ignored.

Amazing experience!! For the last 2 years I was going to an accountants office in which I was there literally all day - last year my appointment was for 1:30pm and I left that office past 2am. This office is in a great location, the receptionist is super pleasant and they treat you like family. My appointment was for 5:30 so I was expecting being there for a long time - to my surprise before 6pm I was already filling out paperwork as out before 8pm. The accountants were very professional and very nice - immediately made you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Warning with this Company, they charge me twice in the same month is not the first time I call in several opportunity and the only they gave me was excuse and promess repair the situation and never happen, the only they say is pass my problem to a gost supervisor and is false my experience with this Co is horrible I still waiting my reimburse

Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with my taxes. Even with appointments you’ll wait over 5 hours. Insane!!!!!! Don’t recommend this place at all unless you’re okay with these guys literally not caring about how long you have to wait or what you have going on. Had appointment for 5pm and was not seen till 11pm. Are you kidding me??? That’s not customer service at all. I use to go here for years with my family but this will be mine and my families last time ever coming to LITS... no thank you.

Due to my bad experience with this company, I would not recommend to any person that they were to solve their credit problem, it would be a big ERROR !!!! I put all my trust and my credit solution a year ago in them and it has been everything On the contrary, in fact in the last month I have received 2 court notifications and when calling the supposed manager she has not been able to face me. I have had several appointments which neither she nor the representative attended. My time and their response was that they were sorry but they did not know that the office would not open in those days, I paid them for a service that I never received, my credit did not go up not even one point on the contrary it has gone down 21 points, in other words I do not recommend them at all, they have no ethics, nor any professional value. Terrible service!
