I loved using Expert Network. They came in and did a full free home evaluation and even checked my water and air quality for free! Turns out I had an unseen leak in my attic and mold. I didn’t pay any money. They worked directly with my insurance carrier. Best of all they handled everything. I didn’t have to chase any contractors. I highly recommend them to every homeowner whether you have damages or not.

These guys are amazing. My inspector was Billy Porras, great guy and super professional. My mold inspector was pointing out areas of moisture to the home inspector who was glossing over things. By the end of the inspection the home inspector was asking Billy his thoughts! No one should buy a home without this company!!!!! If you care about your families health you want these guys on your side. They are professional, knowledgeable and well worth every penny.

We recently discovered some discolorations on the walls in our laundry room. We called Expert Network for a free home inspection. The tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the necessary samples and let me know that theyd have the lab results back to us in a couple days.To my surprise, turns out we had mold! They came in and took care of everything for us.
