My husband took the first appointment of the day, while waiting for the door to open a lady was waiting outside. They took her before my husband appointment, we ask why we have to wait an hour if she didn’t had an appointment, the answer we received is that our appointment doesn’t secure anything. We are really disappointed that they take the person who will leave more money than to provide a good customer service. I will not recommend them.

They don’t honor appointments. I was at my appointment time and another customer walked to the counter in front of me and with no appointment they were able to get attended before me. I informed the worker I had an appointment for right now and she pretty much blew me off. I guess my haircut isn’t as lucrative as that ladies that went before me. Will not go back.

Nice people working there, clean place

This location is my favorite. Always parking close to the store front and then stylist is professional and knows how to cut curly hair.

The old guy that works there is rude. I have an appointment for 6 not 6:30!! And he’s response is well too bad. Well too bad that’s how you loose customers. I guess you’re not suffering that badly. He proceed to tell me well you can come tomorrow. Like really? I just came here TODAY! So I have to inconvenience myself because they make an appointment they can’t keep. Please! Worse experience. Never again!!

Supercuts is a great place to get a haircut. This location in Miami Lakes is operated by very nice profesional stylist.It’s a quick and get to the point haircut place. Good prices and easy parking.From kids to adults seems to be their niche, but on some ocasiones, I have seen women getting their hair done here. And they come out looking very beautiful.Ask for Mercedes, I think she is the best, but the others are good too.I highly recommend this place.

Sylvia has made me the happiest client ever. I was so scared to trust anyone else with my hair after all the horrible things it’s been through but let me just say she saved my hair. My hair is so healthy, strong & I got so many compliments. I recommend 100%. The products are great, the dye has lasted me over a month and a half so far.

Service here is a joke. Walked in signed my name and there were no customers ahead of me. I sat down waiting to be called. In comes an older client the hairdresser yells out you’re next. He didn’t sign in. Needless to say I left. I guess I don’t own a Supercuts gold card.

These people are the worst. I arrived with my son at 7:25PM, THEY CLOSE AT 8. She speaks to me in spanish, no surprise in Miami, I see two people working and one person waiting. Both ladys just finished two clients. Perfect timing, I say to myself.But then the lady tells me that she can cut our hair because is to late. I told her maybe they should change the time on Google to 7:30PM and lock the door. Who wants to drive to supercuts and not get a haircut because the lady is in a hurry to go home. I will never be back. I felt so unwanted. I felt like a bother.By the way Ive been going there with my two boys for four years. How little value they give their clients.

Its ok but they need more stylist there..only 3 were there and it was 9am saturday morningwith 8 people waiting. Its a busy shopping center.

Dont know what had happened to this place but it has certainly and recently decreased in staff. Doesnt matter what time of the day it is there is always just one person working and a wait here. I dont blame the staff its management that needs to stop penny pinching and at least put two to work. One employee here is not sufficient enough for the amount of customers they have. You spend over an hour waiting here even if you make an online appt. Time to treat youre paying customers better.

This can go either way. The gentleman that Ive had cut my hair is excellent, and detailed! Theres one lady that cuts it pretty good, for the most part. But one lady always seems rushed and tried combing my hair while I had gel it it; only after pulling my hair did she offer a shampoo.

Really like this supercut. Really clean and has good prices. The employees are really nice and friendly and give u advice on products good for your hair. Will go back in the future.

They cut my hair and didn’t ask me my life story, great experience

I used to regularly come here for waxing, but for the past 2 months the service has been awful. If no-one is available to wax eyebrows right, just tell the customers so they dont waste their time and money and get a bad job done. If you close at 5 PM, theres no need to rush a 10 minute job at 4:30 when there are no more customers in queue. Silvia showed me 1 done brow in the mirror before rushing the rest of the job and waxing a huge gap of the second eyebrow. She rubbed the aloe very hard on that brow and didnt show me the mirror, instead rushing to the counter to charge me. I drove very far for this to come home and notice the mistake too late. I trusted this employee but I see I can no longer do that here. I believe I also witnessed another customer giving a complaint for a haircut, so I know Im not the only one disappointed. Hoping I can speak to a manager soon.

Mercedes and Melba were absolutely amazing. They worked with me on everything and did an outstanding job at making me look as I wanted!!!! I will be a repeated customer!!!

I highly recommend this place they where quick to take me with out a appointment didnt wait at all.. my only thing is I asked her to cut to a certain point and she cut about 6 inches above that .. it was all ok since I donate my hair to locks of love anyways

I came here to cut my hair for a charity, and the lady put my hair in a low ponytail and she cut it. after that, she started fixing up some things and I thought I looked good from the front. She did not show me the back. When I got home I noticed that she cut it slanted. I was so mad, Im never going there again. They need to reevaluate their employees.

This place is crap! she burned me with the hot water, almost fried my hair while deep conditioning it by putting it near perm, put the napkin around my neck so tight I could not breathe, and she was extremely rude! will never go here again!
