No satisfy at this time. The problem wasnt resulved

Service was ok but some personnel was not. I went in to report no soap in bathroom and let them know handicap dispenser is gone and there is none on the outside. She told me they know about the handicap dispenser “it has been broken for a long time”. So where is it they want them to wash hands? Where do employees wash/soap their hands?
