Orlim was quick to respond initially but they did not diagnose correctly. Instead they used a process of elimination to figure out the problem and insisted we continually needed to purchase additional parts. They have come out 5 times, to the tune of over $4k and the Thermador freezer still doesnt operate. After the initial visit, they have never once shown up on time and mostly they make us wait, call at end of day to reschedule for next day. Its the worst service company we have ever used. My hope is that they will read this and make an effort to correct their mistakes. I absolutely would not recommend using them at this point.

I have a large subzero with French doors on my boat. It stopped working so I tried calling another company who didnt even bother showing up. I was referred to Orlim Electric and they were quick to show up and I could tell they were experienced. Tech was very courteous and helped fix the freezer with no complaints (its definitely a tight fit). I highly recommend this company if you want someone honest, experienced, and great at what they do.

I got several quotes, but none beat Orlim. Not only that, but they got 100% of the work done ahead of schedule and left everything in perfect condition (Ive heard horror stories about how other electricians leave their work). They came and in a couple mins they know the issue of what is wrong my cooler. They came the next Morin and fix the issue and I am happy with there job. I usually dont have issues with my appliances so when my Subzero ice maker stopped working I didnt know who to call to fix it. I found Orlim Electric on Yelp and gave them a call. I found this issue late in the afternoon but luckily they were able to send out a technician the same day. I was unsure about who to trust but the technician was kind and honest. Very glad I called them. Im going to be using their warranty to service all my appliances regularly. I highly recommend this company. Saved me a huge head ache!
