I filed my taxes with them last year (2020) and I had to do it by mail because I had issues acquiring a PIN, (not their fault). When they mailed my taxes not only did they forget to include a crucial document but they shouldve known better than to have me sign and scan the form back to them. The IRS rejected my paperwork because the electronic signature was unacceptable and because of the document missing. FOUR MONTHS after it was mailed it was sent back to me. Of course, because of the pandemic IRS was behind processing paper forms so it took that long for them to get to mine. At that point in August my return couldve been processed and I could have had all my stimulus payments and my credit owed. Its absurd that they didnt know that an electronic signature would be a problem. If they had any doubt, they shouldve called to ask instead of risking it. Then, when they mailed the forms again with the corrections they didnt think to put delivery confirmation on the envelope. As if its not crucial to know that the paperwork makes it to its destination. $250 to process my taxes and not only did they do it wrong but they didnt think to guarantee the work by spending $2 on delivery confirmation. Completely thoughtless and unprofessional. It is now March of 2021 and I havent received a penny from the IRS and I qualify for ALL stimulus payments. My paperwork is not in the system so, I cant get any update on my return and I cant know if its that it got lost in the mail because the brilliant people at Pagios didnt put delivery confirmation and the IRS discourages from sending paperwork again until theyve gone through everything from last year because duplicates could cause problems. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Paola is amazing! I am Japanese, and I and my husband asked Paola for Permanent Residency Visa ( Greencard ). I highly recommend Pagios Tax Services, theyre staff is great and attentive, the moment you walk in you receive a nice welcome and they immediately start to help you anyway they can. Greencard paperwork costs 150 average, with them its 500! Income tax return with medical insurance and still owe somehow to the IRS... people without experience like me, please be aware!
