I was on time for my Saturday appointment. Only 2 people in the office. The third couldnt make it to work. The manager should have brought in another person. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen by the accountant who is also the manager. She couldnt do corporation tax so she will have someone else prepare it on Monday. SO-why cant the manager do taxes. Why did I have to wait that long just to do what could have been a drop off. If I use this office again, I will drop off rather than make an appointment.

We have used H&R Block for the last 3 years with no problems. This year was the first time using the South Beach office.Despite emailing ahead of time with all our return details, they were unprepared for us.Our personal taxes took 2 hours.They asked us to come back a few hours later so that someone else could do our small business return. It took 2 and a half hours and it still wasnt finished. We have a funeral to go to so now we have to come back again next week to finalize everything.Both staff members require further training as they had to do a bunch of research while we were sitting there. We will choose a different office in future.

Harris has been completely professional from beginning to end. He was able to juggle around many of his other tasks to help me file my taxes on the last day albeit -- I am very grateful for the quick and smooth process! With that being said it is now more likely that I will return to H&R Block to get my taxes done again.

I’ve have used H & R before and I am always happy with the kindness of the employees. Today was no exception. From the moment I spoke to Liuba im the phone to the moment the transaction was completed I knew I was in good hands. Her attention to detaill left me feeling safe and secure with my transactions. People tell me I could do this myself;, I tell them I have my own personal Account .

Unfortunately what should have been a straightforward tax filing has been dragging on for far too long. What’s worse is the lack of communication to ease my anxiety. Next time I’ll look elsewhere for tax help; I just hope I can get my return that they have and for some reason won’t deposit into my account. Oh and calling the customer service number is a joke. It’ll make you wait 10 minutes and then accidentally drop the call. Boo!

Does anybody work in this office? I’ve been trying to call for the last 4 days I get sent to leave a message or to a call center somewhere that’s not Florida. What’s going on? Is this location shut down or people just aren’t answering the phone?

It s so easy, couple of blocks from my place, 2h a year and my taxes are DONE! People are nice, professional, for what they help me save it s a very good deal what they charge you for, and if anything happens with the IRS, the fixing is included. Nothing ever happened in the last 7-8 years I used that company. DONE! YAY!

Had an appointment for 12pm. Show up at 12pm, told to wait. At 12:22pm, person at front desk says they are incredibly busy, wont commit to time when Ill be seen, even suggest my appointment may be cut short as they have another at 1pm.I walked out, wont be back. Terrible organization, terrible customer service. If you cant honor an appointment, cancel it ahead of time.

Dont go.Horrible customer Service and unprofessional employees, from the manager Sarah that refused to talk to me many times, till the lady at the front desk. They made a mistake on my taxes and didnt give me any refund because back on 2015 I didnt buy their insurance to cover their mistake. On top of that I had to go to the office multiple times cause they lost my documents.

I was quoted $235 for doing my taxes. In the end it was almost double that. Laughed in my face more than once when I showed my displeasure.
