Total ripoff. They sold me a discounted ride deal then refused to honor the discount. This was within hours. I bought the discount from them online and then went right over to use it and the thief at the counter said: We no longer honor those. I said, you just sold it to me this morning. Anyway, you get the point, they got me to pay and then refused to deliver. Other people in the shop were having different issues but they were having trouble with these thieves. AVOID THESE THIEVES.

This is a SCAM!I rented a bike for a couple hours on April 15th, agreed in $87, signed the contract for $87 and by the end of the day I was checking my card statement, they’ve made a $117 charge + $120 for the security deposit.Called the other day and a very rude guy told me the extra charges would be voided within 2 business days. I gave them a week before writing a review and until today no refund was made.That’s one more of those “business” which wanna take advantage of tourists. What a shame!

JUST HORRIBLE!!! We pretty much wasted a day dealing with these scammers, started off with a muffler that just fell off as I was driving, which was originally held up up by a wire, and then we had to help out another guy whos bike ran out of gas, sat for hours until he showed up, than refused to refund any money, and locked himself in the store when we tried to reason with him. Save yourself from a big headache and find another place.

The owner didn’t pay back my deposit money of $35. Very disappointing. When I tried to reach them out, no one answered the phone.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they went out of their ways to help me get back on the road after my personal scooter ran out of battery, the guys seem very knowledgeable and willing to help me recharge my battery.The shop also got a nice selection of scooters, the best way to explore Miami Beach ☀ 🌴 🛵I would totally recommend 👏

Cool fast way to checkout south beach w cool breeze wind in ur hair. Jesus the worker there is cool to deal w, I wud recommend, specifically if u need to get to places, but theres one catch they rip you off in deposit sometimes, they didnt fully returned my deposite they tried to keep some of it

I was excited to rent 2 mopeds for myself and mygirlfriend. Excitement soon turned to disappointment and frustration. We paid$300 (this was done on a credit card as a holding fee, which could be returned,per agreements made in the contract) and $208 in cash for the rentals of bothmopeds. AFTER we paid and signed the contract, the employee disclosed other informationthat was not provided upfront.My girlfriend tried to ride the moped, but couldnot. We had not left the premises, and only had the mopeds for less than 5mins. The sales guy told us that we could get a refund, so we went inside to doso. The employee at the front desk said he’d only be able to refund us moneyfor ONE moped, then he changed his story and said that he didn’t have the keyto the safe, so he was not able to refund us anything.Within 10 mins we were out of $208, and no mopedsto ride. They did nothing to work with us. The manager was called, but neverpicked up. Miami PD showed up, but nothing came out of it since it wasconsidered a “civil matter”.

Didn’t give back deposit. Ran out of gas half way and waited 3hrs of to get filled up. Also had to lose 30 min when the muffle fell off. The muffler was attached to a string when we got it originally. Don’t go to this place.

They have a great line of scoots that are brand new! The owner gave me an extra day just because I extended my rental! These guys are great!

Deceptive pricing and my mopad shut down after 5 minutes. After waiting 1/2 hour on side of road and being told someone will come rescue me, no one showed and i was forced to walk my bike back to the garage. I then spoke with victor at the office who told me i would be receiving a full refund. I then called a few hours later to confirm the refund had been canceled and noticed that my calls were going straight to voicemail. It was then clear to me that my phone number was blocked. I called from another number, got victor back on the phone and he pretended not to know who i was. After “jogging” his memory, he said he’s sorry but “no, i cannot refund you” Encourage you to look elsewhere for your rental needs.

My husband and I spent last weekend in MB, and rented a scooter from this company.The service was excellent! The scooters looked like brand new, and the price was great!We will definitely come back and rent again from them!and of course will recommend 100% to friends and family coming down to Miami!!

THE BEST! We drove those things everywhere. We saw all of south beach and had lunch. Its a good way to get around if u didnt come with a car so much to see! They have jet skis and car rentals too. Next time! Coolest guy too😎 go check them out!

Having a scooter in Miami is a must have !!!! My family and I rented four scooters in this place . Had a great time using them. Scooters were in great condition, the price is amazing and the customer service is wonderful. Really recommend them they are the best in Miami for sure!!

DO NOT GO HERE We rented 4 mopeds 1 of them the muffler fell off another one ran out of gas we called them to come out to help us it took them 2 hrs now they aren’t giving back any money or the deposit DO NOT GO HERE

I rented a scooter then stopped before the gas station out of gas. So I have to pull it to the gas station, put gas and start moving. After my first stop I tried to start it on again and its not working again and it has gas. I needed to pull it again for 1 hour to the shop. They didnt want to refund the money. I called the police to cancel the contract and finally refunded my money but rewind my day

The the people who work there are awesome great deals had a blast deff coming back.

I do not recommend this company. They claimed they would refund my $30 deposit within 30 days. But they never did, despite my repeated requests. Beware.
