I dont know where to begin to describe the amazing experience and privilege I had working with Paolo. My fiancé and a were looking for a rental unit at a specific building that we liked. Paolo was able to give us options on different layouts on Terrazas Riverfront Condo to accommodate our needs and furnishings. Although the association is very strict in their process Paolo was able to trouble shoot everything to allow a smooth transition come moving date. He was very attentive and kept me up to date on everything. I really cannot compliment this realtor more and more because of his hard work. Working with Paolo to purchase our first home was nothing short of a great experience! We found THE home we wanted but the sellers agents had a very demanding list of requirements to be considered for our offer, so demanding that we thought it was a long shot. Paolo submitted a well presented offer meeting all their strict demands and more.. such a good presentation that the seller agents were impressed and commented on it several times.. I’ve been living in Miami 10 months now, I’ve rented both through a realtor and without and I would 10/10 recommend working with Paolo. I work nights which makes it somewhat difficult to get things done during regular daytime hours. Paolo was able to be available for contact around the clock. Whether for a call midday, to a text in the middle of night while I was working, he was there for my questions and ready to help. I was very impressed with the furnished rentals he was able to find me here in Miami, he helped me explore all my options and gave me more insight into renting and buying in Florida as well. Paolo also did an incredible job accommodating me with my time crunch to find a new unit. We wasted no time finding, viewing and applying and I am now beyond happy with my new home.
