Called to get info on two properties that I wanted to make an offer on and the gentleman demanded how the transactions were going to go without even knowing if I wanted the properties. All I asked were for the parcel IDs. He then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him to clarify the terms of the deal.Hire a different agent if these guys have it listed - this is just bad business. As an investor Ive never came across such people that are so unprofessional.

Then asks me if I have $3300, something told me to say no.. and when I said no he hung up and now I’m calling back it’s going straight to voicemail.. Thanks for the warning to the guy who answered.

Agent Bibi Hakim does not respond timely to showing requests, when advice to do so she becomes combative and unprofesional. Apparently she has 80 showing requests to go through, Ive submitted a showing request 3 days ago, called, texted and emailed her to follow up, finally replied 3 days later with some language that she has no time to text back and forth about your feelings however she does have time to text combative texts this morning, this is a realtor that is not practicing cooperation with other realtors and likely looking to cash in on both ends of the deal as she has in the past by not showing and waiting to get a buyer also. MLS A10932674 in closing Agent Hakim should learn how to use ShowingAssist not texting for showings.

I have worked with Bill Gardener for over 5 years. I am a very independent person who has been self employed for virtually all of my life. Bill expects his agents to be very knowledgeable in real estate and be able to follow his system to make every transaction smoothly. He is very organized and demands each agent to be the same. He always finishes with a workable solution that has made me understand why things must go in a specific order. He answers the phone every time I call or returns the call promptly.

Mr. William Gardner and his Global luxury Realty, I worked for 5 years for the company, but I never expected the owner Mr. William Gardner to steal the commission from the agents, specially from me, He stole from me $8000 from a property closing, so AGENTS BEWARE, CAVEAT EMPTOR mR WILLIAM and his assistant MRS kEYHLA GARCIA are on a racketeering stampede. their behavior represents the behavior of a criminal mob, He has several COURT SUEs, THE FLORIDA STATE JUST ISSUED A writ of Garnishment on his behalf to Mr William Gardner, He owns so much money that he can not keep up with it, he is expecting the agents commissions to pay for his bad habits and debt. SO agents if you work for him Run away from this broker, specially if you have listings, and if you want to list a property with them be really careful as he has the Florida Sheriff on his back. I will be filing a court case very soon to recover my hard earned money, and please dont take my word for it just go to court records and search him..

Every time we were about to view a unit, something went wrong. I ended up finding my own apartment. I feel that I wasted my money and time. If youre looking for a Realtor, go elsewhere.

My title company (Icon Title, Inc.) recently closed a transaction for Global Luxury Realty and while the Agent was very professional and nice, I cannot say the same about the Broker William Gardner. To make a long story short, after closing we wired GLR $415 per their instructions, however the Broker only received $395 (because HIS bank charged him a $20 incoming wire fee). Upon receipt of his wire, William Gardner called our title agent and not only called her a liar and a thief, he also began harassing and threatening our title agent. The following day he continued harassing our title agent and even went as far as wishing death for her. He text her to take a walk off a short pier with bricks tied to her ankles. Or to go running on I-95. All of this in text messages he sent her. And to make matters worse, he realized HIS bank charged him the $20, however he believes our company should have still funded him the $20 from our operating account. Not only would we not do that, but it could very well be illegal and viewed as a kickback or inducement. I wonder how many people he has done this to? And then he uses his 500+ agents as bargaining chips and tells you he will never refer you any business as well as tell all his agents to avoid your company. To me this is not only bad business practices, but borderline extortion for people and title companies who ultimately believe Mr. Gardner and do as he demands. I’m sure there are very good and professional agents with this company, I just can’t say the same about the Broker; and personally, I would stay away and not want to do business with him. To wish death upon a person for $20 under any circumstances, especially when that person didn’t keep it is downright ridiculous and quite frankly shameful.

I do not recommend it at all, in their fluid, honest communication, they do not express themselves with professionalism, it makes you sign a paper for representative as an Agent for 6 months, if in case you do not qualify or like the property as they have listed it, it hides, Does not answer emails, or call you back. The name of Realtor Sean MC Cabe, the Broker is a person without even the educational, deviating from the subject, disparages his low intellectual capacity as a professional, very disappointed with them, I keep text messages of his ridiculous arrogance.
