I wouldnt give it zero stars if it is possible. It is not our favorite place anymore. Good old staff, who worked in February is gone. New staff definitely needs training in customer service skills. Beach attendants are rude, specially one with long braided hair, he behaves like he owns the place. He makes you feel ignored, after you asked for umbrella or bed cover. Just to be reminded an hour later about request. We needed to ask couple times about it. Some guest discrimination is evident there. For the $$$ they charge you it is worth to stay somewhere else. North Miami Beach has plenty nice resorts in the area in the same price range. Do not waste your time or money to be disappointed.

The facilities and the staff are great. I think the food was not great as the prices they charged for it. Overall a very comfortable relaxing experience and pleasant place.

Nice place. Good pools. Terrible COVID precautions. Mediocre housekeeping. E. G. Did not replace dishwasher detergent daily. Annoying fire drill tests. Expensive amenities and bar.

The spa, the food, the attention from the staff is amazing. I’ll recommend everyone to go and try their services. I’ll be back soon.

A spa day is like being Queen for a Day. Excellent

Amazing hidden gem, far enough from the craziness of south beach but close enough to the best Miami Beach has to offer. Four pools, a large gym, and arguably the best spa in all of the beach. Beach Front, restaurant, bar, beach service and valet, the staff is very accommodating. Best of all it is quiet if you work from home and has a grocery store across the street.

I love this place its amazing, highest quality you can ever find at a resort. The property has an amazing vibe that can range from very calm and peaceful to very cheerful. The employees are very nice and respectful and always do everything they can to give you the most comfortable experience.

This property is great! It has a hotel and residences with fabulous services and its located across the grocery store. Love their beach and pools! Highly recommended it!

The carillon hotel is a nice property if anyone would suggest to have fun and enjoy an event at an hotel I would convince them to try out the carillon hotel. The hotel has four different nice pools the property also has spa if anyone would like an massage, and three different towers that has very nice views all over the property.The Carillon hotel is an very relaxing place to go and enjoy.

We’ve been vacationing at Carillon for many years. Why? Because it doesn’t get any better. They offer full large suites and a beautiful view of the ocean. The fitness classes are second to none and the gym is better than Eqinox! Staff are great and very friendly, especially the servers and beach team. Plus the location is tops. Situated a few blocks from south beach to the south and a few to Bal Harbor to the north, the neighbourhood is made up of dozens of restaurants and shops. Compare with others but you won’t find value and service like the Carillon. See you on the beach!

My husband and I have lived here for more than three years and the place has a lot of excellent amenities: spa - the best gym you can find in Miami Beach - 4 amazing pools - uncountable classes as Zumba, Pilates, four different type of yoga, meditation, sound balls, cardio classes, cycling, belly dancing. If you live here, there is no other place to go, you have all at your disposal. A good restaurant is also here, and if you dont feel to cook you can enjoy it front ocean! What else to say .. come and stay here, there is no other place to be in Miami Beach!

The Carillon seems like a spectacular place to relax, it has one of the best spas in Miami !! We visited the central tower, where they treated us very well. Then we went to eat at the Strand restaurant, and we went to the beach with the great energy that this place transmits to us. Recomendadisimo!

The property is very well located, with tremendous services with many amenities. The gym is spectacular and the Spa is amazing. You can enjoy it every day from the pool, beach, restaurant and even hairdresser. I recommend it a lot.
