Excellent services to clients in many different countries in South andCentral America.

I sent money to out of the country and the money was finally delivered after almost two months only because I called my family not because they were in the process, they agency was not going to make the drop . It took me a few trips there dealing with very unpleasant people that couldn’t have worse actitud, phone calls with no answers and disrespecting me and my family .I wanted to share my experience .

The service is good when they take your money, but if something goes wrong your are on your own, the service from there on is horrible, they dont pick up the phone, they dont call you back and it seems like they dont care at all about you .I will not ship with this company anymore..the service is simply horrible

They gave me false information, the owner told me that a package would arrive on a date and, not fulfilling the agreement, changed the information. Too bad I didnt give it in writing. Cubans bringing their habits of mistreatment to the client, also teaches those bad habits to their Colombian employees, the employee treated me as type believing that I did not listen to her. I gave him a star because it is impossible to zero

Terrible the service, they sent my package to another destination and to the address that I indicate something completely different arrived and they do not give me an answer to my emails, regarding the serious error they made
