This place is amazing! Very compassionate, and understanding! A few words cant describe everything I got out of this. If you feel like there is no hope, I beg you to give them the opportunity to show you there is!

Over 10 years its been a constant struggle trying to find a good and competent cleaning company in Miami Beach. I purchased a Groupon for Epic, partly based on the good reviews Id read. I contacted them in August to set up an appt in September. Jorge, the guy I spoke with said he was driving and asked that I text him my information. No problem, i did that. No response. A week later, I text him again. No response. One more week, I called and left a message. Nada. Then Irma (kind of) happened so I waited until everything had passed and called again. Finally, a response!! We set up an appt for Friday at 7am. I cleared my schedule and waited. The time came and went. At 7:15, I called Jorge, who told me he would get a hold of his cleaner and get back to me. And I waited some more. At 7:45, I called again only to have it go to voicemail. Hed stopped taking my calls! It is now Sunday and Im still waiting for that response. My question is: how are these people still in business?! I spoke to Groupon who told me they had received many complaints about them. Why are Groupon and Living Social still offering their services? How did this company get so many relatives to write positive reviews because I refuse to believe that anyone as unprofessional as they are can have even one satisfied customer? Seriously people, life is too short to waste your time trying to do business with some charlatan with a mop. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid Epic cleaning at all costs.

DO NOT USE THEM! The only reason I gave one star is because I have to. I purchased a Groupon for my boss for a cleaning service, first time the girl showed up late but her cleaning was good. I wanted to have weekly cleanings and worked out a pricing deal with the owner. The following week the girl didnt show up, I called and he said someone else would show up, didnt happen. Things happen, so I tried again for the for the following week. 2 girls showed up this time (late) and after 2 hours of cleaning they stopped and said they have to move on to the next house without the entire house being completely cleaned! The owner said if I wanted them to finish cleaning the house I would have to pay more then the agreed amount. This company is unprofessional and unreliable.

After days of trying to set up an appointment and taking time of work to accommodate THEIR schedule they backed out.
