Love this place. The staff is very friendly and treats animals really well. My cat is very difficult to handle and they did a great job. Highly recommended.

My Rottweiler turned violently ill over the course of half a day. I saw the reviews and came straight to Eco Deco as soon as they opened. When I walked in I felt like family with the front desk. Fortunately the timing worked out and my pup was seen immediately. Our nurse was Tiffany was respectful and affectionate towards Baker. It was her interaction that made me really feel like Baker was going to be in good hands and be comfortable. Dr. Val had the same vibe. You can tell he loves your pet as if its his own. After the first evaluation they give you an invoice for full transparency on pricing and explain each procedure they plan to have.Dr. Val answered all my questions thoroughly and really took the time to address all my concerns during our evaluation, throughout the course of the day, and on discharge. This spot does really awesome text updates throughout the day and Dr. Val gave me a call to give me a progress report. Yesterday my dog was on the brink of death and today my dog is almost 100% back to normal and I am a happy dog mom. Thanks to the team at Eco Deco!

I moved to Miami Beach and had not set up a veterinarian for my puppies but my one puppy became very sick and they immediately were able to fit me in for an emergency visit everybody is professional everybody is knowledgeable everybody is kind we’ve been patients at the vet outside Philadelphia and also in Cape May County at the Jersey shore.Eco Deco was as responsive as both of our home vets. They treated strangers like family which is the highest compliment I can pay.

Dr Danny and Megan were great with my dog and gave a thoughtful and complete checkup. My dog has been to plenty of vets due to chronic issues and I can confidently say ecodeco is a good place to bring your pet. I will be coming back!

Don’t take your pet here! It’s taken me a while to write a review but I think it’s necessary so other people understand how HORRIBLE this place is. The first incident was when he gave my dog his shot.. he was bleeding everywhere and I started to get upset…and Dr. Val told me there is no reason for me to be upset and I needed to be stronger…Who says that?! No emotion at all!! Then a few months after we took my dog back there to get neutered and when he came out of surgery he was extremely sick when we brought him home. I asked Dr. Val if it could be the anesthesia and he said “absolutely not”. The next day we took him back… Dr. Val wanted to keep him there all day to keep an eye on him. They did an X-ray and called me and said “I am 99% sure your dog as a foreign object in his stomach and we need to do emergency surgery”. I told him my dog was perfectly fine before surgery and there is no way there is something in his stomach… well we trusted him and went through with the surgery… mind you my dog was only 10 months old and 2 lbs and went through two major surgeries. After surgery he pulled me in a room as I’m crying and tells me there was NOTHING in his stomach… $5000 later! He had no empathy! As he is telling me this he is singing along with the song on the radio…My poor dog was sicker then he was the first time. I ended up taking him to VCA Animal Hospital where they diagnosed him CORRECTLY. My dog just had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia from the first surgery and all he needed was medication to treat the inflammation. That’s all it was! Dr. Val and his team scammed me and almost killed my dog. Please do not take your babies here! Take them to VCA Animal Hospital! The veterinarians are amazing! They saved my baby’s life!

All the reviews for this vet are bought. For a 5 star review you get a 10% off your bill... but ONLY if it is a 5 star review, not an honest one. For this reason I am changing my review to a 2 star - I was going to give the place honest 3 stars, why? Because it doesnt feel clean and many of the questions we had about our puppy were not answered. The vet (dont know his name) was nice in general.

Dr Val is great. Very knowledgeable. He spends the time needed with patient and parent. The Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I have many pets and have been to many vets, I would highly recommend Eco Deco.

Came in the ECo Deco animal hospital to have my dog treated for skin rashes and lesions. They took me same day, assessed my dog’s conditions, told me what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I feel really lucky to have found this place. My cat was not urinating and stopped eating so I immediately brought him to Dr. Val. What really struck me was his straight forward personality. He did not sugarcoat the reality of my cat’s condition (he was blocked) and he was very clear and stern about what needed to be done to get my cat healthy again. He’s been there for two days and I’ve received daily updates from Dr. Val. Thank you so much.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. They look after our small zoo (2 cats, 1 dog) as if they were their own. The staff is personable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Val is truly the best— he’s transparent about what he’s doing and why he’s doing it and so patient with my million questions. Prices here are affordable and anything that seems on the pricey side is for a reason (aka added pain medication or catheters for surgeries). Look no further for a place to care for your animals! Although I had to wait an hour in my car for my first appointment, I will say I am very satisfied with this Vet. Dr. Garcia was excellent. The front desk staff was vey helpful and had a good attitude. They ran out of a few testing kits, like for parasites, that I think would have been significant to run for his symptoms. I did have to call a few times to follow up on my dogs condition and they were happy to help me and advise me. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I am a new pet parent who adopted a days-old female kitten a short while ago. I did use another vet for initial exams and vaccinations, but I was dreading the very idea of spaying may baby girl after hearing some pretty bad stories from friends and seeing some pretty ugly scars on their cats. The decision to take my kitty 40+ miles away from home to have the procedure done by Dr. Val was the best decision I could make. By the time we came home after the surgery, my kitty was back to her normal playful self, she ate, she was moving with no signs of any discomfort whatsoever. The incision with cosmetic stitching was so tiny that I could not believe that was it. I cant thank this amazing Doctor and his great staff enough. My kitty will be Dr. Vals patient for life.

I definitely recommend this place, they do all the necessary biosecurity and social distancing protocols to prevent COVID, the service is excellent and I am very happy that they are now open on Sundays too

Dr. Val treated my cat with the best care and attention. He recommended services during my visit that had never been offered by other vets. He took the time to run proper diagnostics to figure out what was going on with my sweet girl. He was very knowledgeable and even though he had a hospital full of patients from what I could tell, he took the time to go over everything with me. The wait time was longer than I expected. However, they are very kind to let you know when they are short staffed or delayed by an emergency. They make you fill out a questionnaire along with COVID guidelines prior to coming in so you know what to expect. They also do great job at keeping social distancing between clients. I felt feel safe and that’s important in a time as such! Thank you Eco Deco!!!!

Excellent Service, attention and love with all pets!My little guy is getting old and this is the best place to take him. They have state of the art equipment, can perform surgeries, vaccination, all exams, and they are also taking care of us humans...everyone is required to wear a mask and the number of people inside the facility is restricted. Latest visit seem to have shown true colors - extra visits, extra charges for lab results that are not available when promised PLUS $500 for a completely unnecessary radiography - over medicating the poor dog without any information on side effectsDo not fall for the $45/ month preventive plan either - another way in which they make sure to overcharge you - you are better off buying pet insurance with prevention features

Terrific staff & doctor. He obviously trained by do as I do. Professional yet people oriented. Calm, positive environment, good communication skills, caring & skilled. Dr. Valery spent as much time as I needed to answer all my questions, I never felt rushed. Both front desk & nursing staff did the same. Easy to reach practice, phone answered promptly & never a long wait, appointments kept on time.

I came in today for a check up for my two pups - we had an overall great experience, The only negative today is that we waited an hour to see the doctor!Luckily I am willing to overlook that because it is hard to find a good veterinarian in Miami Beach.

Its hard to find a clinic and a doctor you can trust your per with. We have been through the worst of it with other clinics. Eco Deco is the best place to take your pet. He or she will be taken care of by great staff and professionals. Doctor Val is one of the best veterinarians I have met in South Florida who is always available when you need him.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Don’t take your pets there if you want them to live!!!! My cat went in for a check up and the next day couldn’t walk and passed away the same week! Then my dog was also treated there he was misdiagnosed and came back to me with a burned elbow! I have no idea what they did to him but that is not normal! I took him to a specialist right after and they told me that wherever I went the diagnosis was completely wrong! Can you imagine giving a treatment for something you don’t have! They refused to refund me after they made my pets worst! I will never in my life be back and I hope no one goes there as well! They do not care about your pets all they care about is stealing from you! If I could give them negative stars I would!

We brought our Miniature Schnauzer, Lily, in to Eco Deco for the first time. We spend only part of the year in Miami Beach. Eco Deco is in our neighborhood and within walking distance, and we had heard good things about Eco Deco through friends on the Beach who also own dogs. Lily is 13 years old and has arthritic pain, but she was now limping and had become progressively more challenged in her walking. We were very concerned about this rapid decline. Everyone at Eco Deco was friendly and professional in their manner and we felt great reassurance by this. Their assessment of Lilys condition was thorough, beginning with palpating our dog, a very instinctive sense of Lilys situation, but also reinforced through the more standard blood work and x-rays. Dr. Val had a great sense of our dog, and also displayed great sensitivity to our concerns. We asked many questions, and both Dr. Val and the Vet Tech/Nurse were extremely patient with us. 9 days ago I started fostering 2 neonate kittens, who were at most 1-2 days old when I got them (umbilical cord still attached). At 3 days old they started having blood in their stool which caused me to panic. Eco Deco was unbelievably amazing at calming me down, setting me up with an emergency appointment, and getting me in to see the doctor. Dr. Andreyev was warm, caring, and funny. When one of the babies passed away, I called them in a panic on how it would affect the other kitten. They once again, calmed me down, talked to me for a bit, empathized. They followed up with another call later to check on us and have always responded to any questions I ask regarding Simons health. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the doctor, and the practice. I am unbelievably grateful to them for the support theyve offered thus far.

Doctor Valeriy Andreyev is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had. His diagnostic is very accurate and he helps pets to recover fast.We came to Miami for a few months and our nine year old yorkie Willie started coughing really badly, he couldn’t breath nor walk. Doctor Val prescribed very effective treatment and in a few days Willie felt much better. Valeriy is very caring. He calls owners himself, checks his patient’s condition and consults pets parents. He is a professional and experienced doctor. I wish to have a doctor like him in Texas where we live.

This is a wonderful vet office. Ive visited multiple times in the past year, once for an emergency situation and the other times for allergy treatments and picking up flea medicine. The staff is very friendly, they are quick and efficient, and my dog always seems comfortable from the time we arrive until we leave.

Athropos is a lively and energetic bulldog who suffers from terrible allergies. I first took her to South Beach animal hospital which charged me an arm and a leg and did absolutely nothing for her. After my second visit there I decided to switch and took her to Eco Deco which is 3 blocks from where I live.When I arrived with her I was greeted by friendly staff who were excited to get their hands on her. The front desk, vet techs and Dr. Val were absolutely spectacular with her. Her allergies were out of control and they found several other things wrong with her that they fixed and left her brand new.I take her to get her spa treatment every other week and they leave her nice and clean. They trim her nails, clean her ears and express her anal glands. This last time I received a call from Dr.Val letting me know that she had an infection and he took care of it. His attention to his job is admirable. He called me back and explained everything to me in detail since he was in surgery when I came to bring Athropos home.This clinic is the best in the beach and I cannot say enough good things about them. From their attention to their boarding they are phenomenal. If you want a staff that treats your four legged friends like family this is the place to go!

The first time we went to eco deco hospital was great. They were fast and well priced and fit us in. The next time the price went up but the service was okay. Just a quick check and didn’t say much. The last time we went, was an even quicker check. Didn’t want to treat the dog even though something is clearly wrong with her. Wish they communicated better and didn’t keep adding random charges every time.Also every time we have a new doctor. Maybe they are good for routine stuff like vaccines but definitely not emergency care or something more severe.TLDR - need better communication, consistency and transparency.

This vet is AMAZING!! They are so nice, they squeezed me in the same day because my dog was extremely sick and he came out looking much better, the prices aren’t too bad and they go over everything with you, you can tell they actually care about your pets and are also worried about their well beings . I will definitely be coming back here for all future checkups and problems.

What is appealing about this vet is that your first visit is free (a $55 fee). I took my cat because she wasnt feeling well and had an appointment at 11. I left the establishment at almost 2 which was frustrating because my cat just needed a shot and medicine. The vet who saw her kept bouncing around from room to room. It seemed he was distracted by his female co-workers. Despite this appointment I scheduled another for my other cat because she needed a booster shot. My appointment was at 5:00pm. When I arrived there were 4 people in the lobby (its a very small lobby). I received clear e-mail instructions that pet parents should be in their vehicle until a room is available so I wasnt sure why there was so many people in such a small lobby during this unsafe time with Covid. After waiting 45 minutes I was told there was still one person in front of me. I of course let them know that my last visit I waited two hours and I would not be waiting 2 hours again. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule but I politely declined. The staff is scheduling appointments too close together for their vets to handle or they are overbooking which are both unsafe during a pandemic. Im unhappy with the service provided and will likely not be returning.
