They will walk you through the process, answer any questions, give you tips and all around great customer service!I will be debt free in the next few months. Melissa was phenomenal, she walked me through the formula of credit as well as how to build good credit habits in the future. She helped me to get a great picture of my spending habits as well as some areas where I could improve in order to increase my score in the future. She also was super helpful and recommended a Student Loan service that is offered with the company. She answered all my questions and genuinely helped me gain a better understanding of credit.

Both men clearly explained to me what the consumer credit counseling could offer me. They were encouraging and reassured me that even though I saw myself in deep, deep trouble. I was not doing that bad. However, I needed to be more discipline in certain areas of my spending.With a budget that both men provided, I am able to proceed with clarity on what needs to be done and how I can go about in doing it. So Im new to the whole credit thing with credit scores and all that and didnt know how to establish credit or how it all works and I just didnt know anything however I called ACC and spoke with Tom Goodman and he was able to explain to me how everything worked, how to establish credit, how to maintain a good credit through a monthly budget plan. Overall Tom from ACC had helped me understand the first thing to credit and credit score and how to establish and maintain a good credit score for my future. They were really helpful, they are a non-profit organization and I appreciate all the help they provided. Highly recommended for any help needed regarding credit scores and information about credit.

I was referred to ACCC by my father who had utilized their services back in the 90s to get his debt under control and gain more financial stability. The website provided a very easy to understand form that I filled out and I was contacted the following day by an agent to discuss the application. My call came earlier than I specified as available but this was only a minor inconvenience. Richard was the agent who I spoke to and he was very understanding of my less than stellar phone reception, working with me despite having to repeat himself at times. He gave me the pros and cons of some of my options and plainly explained to me what is going to happen as a result of the actions I opted to take. It was, overall, a very positive experience! Not to mention the monthly fee that I am paying is less than I was paying on my credit cards alone, which is a relief.

Tom was an absolute pro in walking me through my credit usage and where I am at and where I need to be.I now have a much clearer understanding of the breakdown in percentages and what I need to do moving forward.If you need a little help or some questions answered don’t hesitate to reach out, your credit score will thank you.
