Regrettably, this is a merchant to avoid. I was appreciative of their positive online reviews as a 1st-time client and their last-minute accommodating to my needs due to an upcoming trip but the rest was a disaster. My tuxedo pants were altered much shorter than requested but it was nothing compared to how they handled what shouldve been a very straightforward sewing of buttons to working buttonhole sleeves; this was a simple, intuitive task that Ive undertaken with many other tailors in the past. It was not only embarrassingly botched but when I politely called to dispute it, I was met with arrogant, stubborn, and unapologetic resistance from management. No apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake, and no offer of rectifying the matter whatsoever. The issue was instead turned on me, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Wrong business to be in if you do not understand basic customer service. Lamentable sequence of events but hopefully they will learn from this and more importantly, other customers can take heed. Godspeed.
